If I could give them zero I would. I called about getting a repair done on my zero gravity massage chair. I was informed over the phone that I would be as qualified as their repair tech to fix my own chair. And because they had never seen this problem before it was abuse of course. But thanks for saving me the money. read more

Don't buy from here ever. Our hot tub has had problems since we first purchased it. It is constantly leaking. No help from manager. She is rude and just doesn't give a crap. Go somewhere else to purchase a hot tub. If you buy from Dynasty Spas you will have nothing but misery. read more

Terrible! Don't buy from this company! Nothing but regret! Leaks! Terrible service. 3 months later more leaks! Wasted money, time, and water!, the day we got our hot tub delivered it had a leak, when we asked them to take a look at it since it was under warranty, and brand new! Never used! the service guy we were told to use by the company has an F rating in the BBB, he didn't show up for two weeks! even though we had an appt. when he came to look at it, he took off all the panels and then said oh I can't look at it unless you lift the hot tub and put it on blocks, but that's not under warranty. Leaving us with no other options, so he left our house having left all the panels removed, didn't put them back on, and said well I can't look for the leaks if it's not lifted up and that' wasn't his responsibility nor was it allowed on the warranty. We had a brand new hot that we couldn't use for atleast 1 month. We had another service guy come look at it, and it required no lift, just some caulking. So he didn't touch it because he didn't want to void our hottub warranty, so we waited for the dynasty spa service guy to return again which took another week and half, we told him we suspected it needed proper caulking on certain jets. Pointed them out he put the caulking on and then left. And now 3 months later we have a leak on all four corners of our hot tub, and in the process of waiting for the service guy to show up, even though our appointment was for yesterday. The secretary gave us his direct number and said since you have an appt, you call him and set it up again? Like that's our job? He hasn't shown or called us, our deck is removed again. And were without use of our brand new hot tub again. The service is terrible!! We think paying this much money for a hot tub, that we would actually be able to get one that has no leaks! And one we'd actually be able to use! It's a shame this company doesn't stand behind it's product. The way we've been treated by the office is rude, even though we've been nothing but patient. The speakers on our hot tub are also full of rust! After 5 months, so you constantly have to scrub and clean the stains as the rust drips down the sides into the hot tub. Hot tubs are meant to relax you, and this is the worst! The tub itself has leaked so much water it's a shame. This whole experience has been awful! Don't buy from this company they take your money and laugh at you for buying a lemon that cost $13k read more

Worst experience ever!! First I was told that the deposit would be refundable and then the manager told me that he would work with us if we couldn't fit the spa in my yard buy transfering our deposit to store credit. When I called the manager closer to the move in of my house and told him that we were lacking space to accomodate the spa he started threatening me with civil action. I even offered to waive my deposit and he still threatened. They are full of lies. Don't buy anythig from them. read more

We had high hopes after reading all the great reviews, but unfortunately our experience has been…read moreextremely disappointing. We called them out to fix our heater and control panel. The heater repair went well, and we were very happy with that part. However, the issues with the control panel have been ongoing. The first time they came out, the panel was set in without silicone, and a screwdriver was used to pop it out, leaving visible pry marks all over it. On their second visit, they attempted to screw the control panel in but used the wrong screws, as shown in the photos I provided, now full of rust. On the third visit, they tried to heat gun the pry marks away, which ended up looking worse than the pry marks. The front panel was not put back on properly and the screw they had full of silicone for some reason was found on the ground after it was stepped on. Now, months later, we still haven't heard back from anyone, and we're left with a damaged, unfinished panel and a mess to clean up.

I had checked quite a few different companies local to the Central Alberta area and found quite a few mixed reviews. I had to personally check out what I found to be my top 3 based on the models I saw online and feedback that had been left. One things that stood out about Dynasty is I found the staff to be quite knowledgeable about what matters to most that want a reliable and efficient hot tub without what I consider to be features that are not an investment. Other companies seemed not to listen to the core things that I wanted and that mattered to me. Were there hiccups along the way, well there always are however the team at Dynasty worked through each one and at the end of the day I am very happy and cannot wait for my new hot tub to be delivered. We purchased a hot tub through the Red Deer Home Show in March 2019, had it installed in October 2019 and for a year now, nothing but smooth sailing! The quality of the tub, (The Neptune Adriatic Series), has been flawless to date and as I understand it, many manufacturer improvements that stand out and perform better then in previous years. I would say above all, the staff at the Red Deer store have been very pleasant, always helpful, and openly give guidance on how best to manage your tub. As a whole, a competitively priced tub, with a few bells and whistles and a massage chair that came as a bonus. I would never buy a hot tub because of a bonus massage chair that comes with it, but that said, the chair has been a well used and pleasant surprise! read more

Danny from Saskatoon. Went to the Home Styles show last year 2014 and purchased a Caspian 42. Best purchase in a long time. Very knowledgeable and professional. Spent $12,000.00 and got the works. Installed on my deck when I was ready in the next 2 months. Curtious staff put everything together. Helped with the set up. Made sure everything was operating correctly. My family and I are using it almost everyday. Can't be happier. Great after sales service and information. Supplies readily available. Went back to the Home Styles show this year to check in with the Dynasty Spas staff and met Rochelle. Expressed my appreciation and would recommend anyone whom is seriously wanting to purcahse a hot tub spa to check out Dynasty Spas. read more

I purchased a hot tub from Dynasty Spas and have always experienced great, helpful and courteous sales, service and support from their locations in both Red Deer and Calgary. The hot tub was delivered on time and special care was taken by their delivery personnel to ensure no damage was done to anything in transit and during installation. Their staff have always responded to all of my questions, concerns and requirements promptly and efficiently. They also always have the parts and maintenance items I need in stock. Up vistiting Red Deer from U.S.A My wife's parents live in this nice little city. They were in th emarket for a Hot Tub. They had heard about Dynasty Spas on the local radio station. We went in and were treated like dirt. the sales lady, Rachel was rude and condisending which was bad but she also had no idea about the product she was trying to sell us. She was venomous, that's the most accuate word I can think of to discribe her. Needless to say, we did not purchase anything at this place. read more

Went in to look at a Spa...Staff was great got me into exact Spa my family needed then showed me how to run it and look after it. I go in to get chemicals always greeted by Staff with a hello and a smile. Very knowledgeable and willing g to help in way. We bought our Visscher Lake Louise Gazebo a little over five years ago to house our big hot tub. It has been a wonderful addition to our backyard! It is well built, sturdy, looks great and houses our big hot tub beautifully! Shortly after installation, a big crack in the dome happened. We got a Aquarius model from Dynasty Spas about 3 months ago, we used it almost everyday since then and still are in love with this part of our day. There is nothing that compares to a good soaking in the tub to let your muscles relax and rest. We had a small leak in the plumbing after set up and service department was right on it a fast as possible to be fixed and back up and running. No complaints over here thats for sure. read more

I bought my hot tub from Rochelle about five years ago, the price was great and the one issue I had was resolved right away. I have referred several of my friends to her and they have purchased hot tubs as well and are happy with their tubs. Rochelle sells hot tubs so I would suggest you shop around first, know what you want to spend and buy, then see her you can also become a satisfied customer. read more

I visited the Home Styles show in Saskatoon last year 2015, ended up purchasing a Caspian 42 with the help of Rochelle. I received my tub 4 weeks after that show and have had nothing but great experiences with the tub and all of the staff at Dynasty Spas. We have had a couple of jet selector switched break, but the service had been really quick and problems have been solved making the experience second to none.
