My recommendation is to NEVER use them. We had them remodel our basement and it was a NIGHTMARE. In Summary: *We compared their very slow rate of completing the project vs due date and saw they would be late. They showed up infrequently even when called. We advised them many times their rate was too slow to complete the project on time and predicted they would be late and they told us they would make it over and over again. Of course they were late and set a new date and missed that as well two more times. *We had to call and beg them to show up. *They criticized our choices of fixtures since they were challenging to mount even though we were willing to pay extra. They are out of touch with what people want. * They provided no planning support or real advice for the home theatre and acted like we wanted to do too much. *Two sub suppliers said they were not paid and were upset and voiced it to us different times. *We had to make calls to subsuppliers to help coordinate activity. We had to call and follow up all the time with them and the subsuppliers. *The quality of work is average at best. I believe years from now we will find the electrical and other work they did was poor craftsmanship. Visibly the work is average at best, with a fee areas that were below average. The subcontractor for the bathroom was great, I wished they could have don the whole basement. *Ryan and Jason acted like they were doing us a favor by showing up to do what they were being paid to do: Finish the job right and on time. We just got or first addition too our home installed, and we wanted a sunroom. I looked at other sunroom suppliers In Perrsyburg, OH weren't really, as awesome or a custom done to our needs. I wanted something a little more bigger and that looks more elegant. That I could put a nice size hot tub in and invite company over. They were very fast and more affordable than expected. All in all it was a great experience. Staff was very friendly, and also gave great recommendations to my needs they even installed sky light windows! Amazing work thanks alot!! When we first contacted this company, we were very impressed with the director of operations who came to our home. He was polished, professional and had great ideas. We hired the company for a complete remodel of our bathroom. After they had our money, everything changed. Phone calls and text messages went unanswered, and when I was finally called back after demanding answers I was told not to call anymore because they didn't have time to call me back "every time I had some little problem." They made numerous verbal promises which were broken again and again. They did not begin work until 6 weeks after the contract was signed, and the "3 week" remodel project is still not complete after 9 weeks of sporadic, unpredictable, unprofessional work. They were paid a substantial amount of money, and we are losing a significant portion of it for the sake of severing ties with the arrogant and inappropriate behavior of their director of operations and employees. They will give give you cheap deal and sign you contract by talking nice to you.They took almost 2500$ for a project of 5000$ and when they showed up asked me to pay 1000$ to start up work !. they finish the half project with poor quality and now they are not showing up for theree months. We hired Dynasty Remodeling in July to put new siding on our house. They said they could not start until September, so long story sort, they started the project and are still not finished! The siding that is up is poorly installed, they ruined our gutters and now we have to pay to have new ones installed. They only work a few hours on the days that they do come to work. It is hard to get ahold of anyone and even when you do all you hear is excuses. Save yourself a lot of trouble and money and do NOT hire this company. read more

I needed the inside of a house painted. I saw the Dynasty Ad in our local paper and gave them a call. Their Director of Operations showed up at the house and for 30 minutes, we walked through room by room and I told him exactly what I wanted painted. Because all of their ads talk about how professional they are, I thought all would go well. Big mistake. I should have known something was up when I kept getting phone calls inquiring if I was going to sign the agreement and give them a check for half the job. A few days later, my brother signed the agreement and gave them a check for half of the agreed price. Then it all started.... Three days later, before Dynasty even started painting, I received a phone call from the lady in the Dynasty office. She simply said that they had changed their mind and the cost was going to be 50% higher than what they had quoted and signed a contract. Needless to say, we weren't happy at this transparent bait and switch tactic because we had already paid them half of the original contract. So I visited the Dynasty office and told them we wanted the job performed for the original contract price. Another big mistake. Dynasty eventually sent a couple of kids to tape up some plastic over the windows, doors, cupboards, shower etc. When the painter showed up, he sprayed water diluted paint, did no back rolling and got the paint all over trim, shower cupboards etc. They fiddled around, didn't do over half of the work, didn't clean anything and refused to meet at the job site to go over our punch list. I really don't know how they can call themselves professional and can only hope that other potential customers don't get damaged and betrayed like we were on this job. read more

I don't know what happened. They seemed nice, and appeared to have decent reviews on Google. I did my research, so never in a million years would I have imagined the stress that would come from using this company to remodel our bathroom. To start, the project began on 3/24/14 and just got done this week. The first few weeks, we made arrangements to be home to best accommodate them...don't want strangers in the house alone, either. To our dismay, we heard every excuse in the book as to why they weren't showing up: too many guys sick, the store didn't have the supplies ready, we don't have our office assistant yet, you can't hang drywall if it is raining outside, and more... I can completely understand that things happen, but we are talking consistent no-show days (being called 2 hours after promised arrival time) or only 2 guys working a few hours here and there on many days. Mind you, one of the guys was the owner! We very quickly began to feel like a back-burnered customer. We were without our upstairs toilet for weeks on end. Our carpet is a mess from whatever substance was on their shoes. The measurements for the wall extension were completely off and it had to be redone. The door frame was not the right size for a standard door. The drywall was poorly done. The closet opening that was supposed to be able to house a bi-fold door was not even built to the right size for said door, or for any door that isn't custom, for that matter. Not until we started riding them did they finally send out a new person who was reliable, but he was on his own. We very much feel that this was an "over-promised and under-delivered" scenario, and we were definitely taken advantage of. We have worked with a different remodeling company that did our bathroom in our prior home. They were tidy, there every work day right on time, worked full days, and did amazing work; so there are some great ones providing hope! There is no excuse for the business practices we have witnessed this time around. Please take this advice from someone who is considering this a lesson learned: 1. Do not pay more than half until everything is done. 2. Get an approximate timeframe in writing. 3. Get every big and little detail written into the contract. I allowed it to be too vague, and it was used against us. We are just so happy that this experience is over, even if we are still pretty disappointed with how it went down. No one should feel that way after paying the kind of money that goes with remodeling. UPDATE 3/5/15: To their credit, Dynasty admitted that things did not go well and have sent a few people out over the past few months to fix the problems. We wish them well and really hope that this is a new season for this company. We are currently waiting on a return phone call regarding the discovery of shower plumbing that that was done improperly. I would NOT recommend using this company. I worked for them, for a short amount a time, and left because of how unprofessional they are. The company is not reliable and the way the run their business is disgusting. They treat their customers and clients terribly! I would not recommend working with Dynasty Remodeling. Ryan (The Owner) and his team came over and gave me an estimate for new gutters and several other projects around my house. Dynasty asks for 50% up front which is fairly standard - no problems there. They called me over the period of three weeks promising to start, yet they did not show up or call to let me know they could not make it. Finally, I talked with Ryan and asked him give me a date when I can actually expect them to start the job. Dynasty basically brokered the job out to another seamless gutter company. I had asked them up front to replace broken and rotted fascia on my house and to include this in the original quote. Their quote was $1500 *with fascia (the boards behind gutters) and aluminum wrap TBD. I asked for further clarification on the TBD. Two additional charges were written in, $200 for fascia and $225 for aluminum wrap. I was told this would be the maximum amount charged if they replaced 100% of the fascia on the house. I was also told I would probably not be charged anything over $1500, this would only be if there was major damage. In the end they charged me the full $425 extra even though they only replaced 15% of the fascia on the house. They often said "the contract does not specifically state. . ." I tried my best to be fair and pleasant. My wife went out and bought the guys Gatorades on two occasions. Yet, they gave me the hardest time about doing the job correctly and even wanted to charge me an extra $100 to paint a 35 foot piece of fascia. Can you image a house with wooden unpainted boards hung behind the gutters? Ryan even asked me to get up on a ladder and paint it myself if I thought it should be white. They ended up only painting the bottom of the fascia because they stalled so long on the painting that the gutters were already hung. They left over 20 framing nails in my grass. They offered to roll my yard with a magnet which they never did. They also left the old gutter hangers on the house which makes it look likes scrap metal is dangling along my roof line. Along the way they had terrible customer service. I'm not happy with the quality of work, and aesthetically how it turned out. Many shortcuts were taken and often they pointed to the wording in our contract as "it does not specifically state. . ." I often questioned, "maybe my standards are too high". . . but I have yet to see a house in my neighborhood with unpainted unwrapped wooden fascia. I ended up agreeing to pay the full amount ($1,925), but found myself wishing I had hired someone else. After a light rain the gutters did not preform property. Water fell behind the gutters and not into them in several areas. They told me it was not their fault. read more
