Do not go here if you want to be a valued customer. I went…read morehere today. I pulled into a self car wash stall. I went inside for change and $2.00 for an air freshener and $2.00 for a single vinyl wipe. I watched some guy walk by a couple of times. I went to my stall and saw him walk by again. I put the air freshener up and then wiped the divers side of my dash, just as I was going to the passenger side to finish, 3 mins. at most. This guy comes up and tells me I have to leave. I said why I am just finishing up. He tells me I have to leave the stall and pull aside to do my detailing. I said I am just doing this quick job then I am gonna be washing my car. He tells me if his machine isn't flowing water he isn't getting paid. I said I am just gonna finish this and wash my car. He says there are paying customers waiting for me to leave so to go. I am welcome to come back if I want to wash my car. I said but I will just be a minute. He then goes on about his pay. I say fine, but I am not moving ahead, I am leaving. To bad too because I go there a lot to care for my car. I also tell him there are many car washes in town and they may actually want me as a customer. So I left. He didn't want my $10.00-$12.00 it would cost me to wash my car not to mention once I was done washing my car I was gonna move to the vacuums to detail my car, so another $8.00 bucks there. From now on I will go to co op to wash my car, and every 9 I get the 10th free, so not only cheaper each wash but a free one to boot. I THINK THE WORSE PART WAS HE WAS BITCHING WITH OTHER SENIORS THAT WERE WAITING IN THEIR CARS FOR THE WASH. Nothing better then having employees with friends laughing at an unvalued customer. side note. turning around I had to drive past, and there wasn't anyone who was waiting for that stall it took almost 20 mins for someone else to finally come to the self serve.

My go to company was away so I…read morethought I'd try Bud's, my carpets throughout are in amazing condition, I like to clean them once a year to suck out dust and bring them back to life, well whatever Chemical Sean used it rusted the staples under the carpet and now I have rust stains on my carpet, the chemical also ate away the paint on the wood sides of my stairs, my carpets are worse all around! If my regular guy can't get them out I'm going to have to replace my entire staircase! will never use them again

I have been a repeat customer for many many years and always been delighted with the cleaning job that was done. However not returned phone calls is just inexcusable. If that trend continues, I can see where this business will fold.
