I liked the look and vibes of the place and decided we needed to circle back through here before the night was over. After dinner we explored the Scottsdale nightlife and decide to end our night here. The vibe was completely different later in the night. This time we had to go through bouncers. The lounge itself is absolutely stunning. They have an indoor space that is beautifully decorated with lots of different seating options. They have an open air concept with one side open to the rooftop pool deck. The bartenders and staff were scantily clad which definitely had gentleman hanging at the bar too long. That meant long waits to get a drink. For a place that looks so upscale, I was disappointed in the drinks. Online they talk about a next level mixology experience and that was not our experience. We got cocktails served in plastic cups that cost just as much or even more than some high end cocktail bars I have been to. It's kind of what is expected in Scottsdale though. Overall, we had a good time. I just wouldn't go out of my way to come back here next time I am in town.

It is located on the second floor, just up the stairs from the lobby. It is dimly lit and filled with pictures/decor of rabbits (lives up to it's name). The bar area is nice and large and there are other tables and couch areas as well as the pool area. Service at the bar was not quick, instead quite the opposite where we had to flag down a bartender who was chatting with someone else who worked there for a while and was also occupied with his phone at other times. I also was quite surprised to see that cocktails were $20! I know it's the W but that is pretty pricey. Also note that this is considered the pool area so the drinks are served in plastic cups. Aside from that, I like the space and atmosphere and had a nice time sitting in one of the couch areas which I assume are the VIP areas during pool hours.

Since my friend is one of the Road Managers & Casa Amigos was the destination for the After Party (& promised me I wouldn't have to stand...lol) we came to the club. Although our seating was secured & comfortable, outside the velvet red ropes, Casa Amigos is the "turn-up" place for Old Scottsdale's Nightlife. Aside from being 21 to enter, a little bit of everyone was present in dancing, drinking, kissing, & enduring shot contests...effortlessly & continuously. Not to mention the entertaining show of the Bottle Girls aka Casa Bellas traveling in the air via a convertible mock car carried by Security. Except for the many bus persons constantly clearing glasses & trash, I didn't see any Servers (aside from VIP) floating around as customers were ordering from the massive bar. This two-level building also hosts Skylanes - a six interactive lanes mini bowling alley located on the upper level. There's also a small patio with a few tables & chairs adjacent to the entry line. Not my jam for a night's out, yet a cool experience to say the least.

But since I happened to catch it someone asked for me to be removed from the bar and every employee seemed to be covering for this behavior and gave me no explanation why I was being escorted out of the bar. When I questioned what happened the security manager resulted in verbally assaulting me. I will be contacting better business bureau with a report and suggest anyone considering going to this bar AVOID AT ALL COST. It's not a good bar in general but also bottle girls are becoming physically with patrons and everyone in the bar is expected to turn a blind eye to it with risk of being physically removed from the bar and verbally attacked by the security. HANDS DOWN WORST BAR EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. Weird behavior from top to bottom

Most people are friendly and mindful of who has the right of way. Only a couple times someone might be blasting music a little annoyingly, but other than that, I can't get enough of this mountain. There are also a lot of nice, longer and less steep perimeter paths as well. @azfitfoodfun

We went 4.1 miles, 1100 elevation (two summits) and it took us about 3 hours as we took our time. On a weekday; it wasn't too crowded until we got to Piestewa summit for the downhill steps. I time of day gave us sun in the early morning chilly time and shade on the backside of the mountain after a couple miles so that was refreshing. Make sure to bring lots of water; take your time as the rocks can be slippery and a hat is a good idea for the intense sun. Parking can be tight too but people start/end at all sorts of times so just be patient.

We purchased our tickets online, but you can also purchase them right when you get there. It wasn't busy at all when we went, which was a Sunday afternoon, so there was plenty of parking available. When you walk towards the entrance area there will be someone standing there to greet and ask if you've already got your tickets. If so, they will scan them and you're free to head inside. If not, they'll direct you to the ticket window for purchase. There's a little gift shop and restaurant/bar off to the right and bathrooms to the left as soon as you walk in! The entire experience was so beautiful and serene! There's a map that they give you when you walk in as well, which was very helpful since the entire facility is pretty large with multiple various pathways. Pro tip; you can also use the map to fan yourself if it's too hot. And it will be hot! I meant to bring an umbrella, however I forgot. So I'm glad there's some shaded areas throughout. They have multiple water fountains along the pathways where you can also fill up your own water bottles for free. There was also a "Cool Down" room that was a nice, almost necessary spot to stop in to do just that! They don't want you fainting or having a heat stroke, so take advantage! There's also so much to see!!! I would just once again recommend bringing a reusable water bottle or lots of water if you don't want to use the fountains. An umbrella, or wear a sun hat or lots of sunscreen! Most importantly, bring your camera, or make sure you have your phone fully charged because there are so many beautiful things to see and photograph!

Our server Jacob was excellent and very professional and friendly. He checked on us regularly and never left us waiting for service. We started with dirty martinis and they were prepared perfectly. Icy and filled to the rim. I ordered the Short Rib Potstickers $19- As an entree. Toasted sesame, cilantro, ponzu. Delicious. A good amount of short rib in each potsticker and plenty of sauce. It is beautiful, spacious, and has two floors! The setting is clearly above your usual brunch spots and the booths offer a more intimate experience. My party and I were privileged to sit in direct view of the open kitchen. We got to see and hear the kitchen staff working together and communicating smoothly. We even heard the "hands" announcements like you see on The Bear TV show! I believe the food here was on par with the West Hollywood location, so points for consistency. Unfortunately, I have the same qualms for flavor for their dishes. I tried the short rib pot stickers, the tortilla soup, and the Bolognese pasta. I would say that the flavors were not especially strong for each dish. I think they each needed a pinch of extra seasoning to really make their flavors pop! Moreover, I tried my girlfriend's Rigatoni Alla Vodka and the cheese had no taste! Nevertheless, the dishes were beautiful. Lastly, I had a bit of an issue with our service. Our server passed by our table multiple times as we tried to flag her down to ask for the check. I think she could have been more attentive especially in the context of this higher-end brunch spot. With all of these factors combined, it's an overall 4/5 for me.
