The painting crew was nice but we did have a couple of things that weren't done completely. We called Charlie right away and the painting crew and Charlie were back at our house within the hour and they made everything right. You'll always have some hiccups with construction but this company is family owned and they want to make sure your very pleased. Which is why they dont ask for any payment until the job is completely finished and you are happy with the results. We also paid extra to have them do what is called a roll back or back rolling. After they sprayed two coats of paint they then go back over it with a paint roller. This ensures the paint gets into all of the stucco nooks and crannies. This also helps to make sure that your houses paint last much longer. Years longer in fact. I highly recommend paying the extra cost to have this extra process done. *From the web: "Back-rolling increases adhesion by forcing the paint into the grain and pushing out the air that would otherwise be trapped in the texture.
