Some company contacted me back and I was able to make an appointment that following week to get my car tinted over all of us highly pleased with the job in the communication on their part. The service took under two hours. The price was reasonable. The vibe was good.

However, there were complete areas that were missed: under the rear window, headrests, front of console, etc. There was also some just splashing from the cleaning that wasn't wiped up. I opted out of the trunk and exterior cleaning. Took 1.5 hours and was $250. The price was standard for the area, not really a bargain or overcharge. It was over the estimated price. The bad: there are two small burn marks in one of the seats that were not there before. I wouldn't have been too upset if they had said anything but failed to mention it. Again, was not expecting my car to look perfect, it's over a decade old. They put in a lot of work, but there were some areas for improvement.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had with a shop. Everything is way overpriced for the quality of work they give you. They charge premium prices but the work looks rushed and unprofessional. The wiring they did was terrible and messy, and instead of taking responsibility they acted like it was somehow my fault. I paid good money expecting quality service and got the complete opposite. What made the whole situation even worse was the attitude from the staff. Every time I asked questions or tried to explain the problems, they acted annoyed and disrespectful. Customer service clearly does not matter to them once they already have your money. When I brought up the issues and asked about a refund or fixing the work, they basically brushed me off and gave me attitude instead of trying to help. There are way better places out there that actually care about their customers and stand behind their work. Save yourself the stress, time, and money and avoid this place. read more

Terrible experience. They overcharged me, refused to give me a refund, and the wiring job was horrible. The wires looked messy and poorly done, and now I'm having problems because of it. Customer service did not help at all and acted like it wasn't their problem. Would not recommend going here unless you want to waste your money. read more

I had a stereo system and backup camera installed here earlier this year. Original appointment and install was completely professional. I returned this week to have power door locks installed along with door speakers. Another exceptional job and will bring more vehicles in as needed. I will recommend the shop whenever I can. read more
