The facility offers a multitude of modern, clean exercise options for members and is staffed by several knowledgeable and caring professionals. Everyone is treated extremely well at all times by the friendly and accommodating staff, and fitness center members tend to be very supportive of each other. In fact, there exists an almost family-like environment for those who are willing to chat and fraternize. The staff is really friendly and welcoming…read more The equipment is serviceable and there is plenty of room in both the upstairs and downstairs cardio/weight rooms.There are also plenty of tvs, if you like to watch while on a treadmill or eliptical. Overall the building is old, you can see the wear in the ceiling tiles and in the locker rooms. If you're looking for a basic gym and a very good value, this is the place for you. I just needed a place to run in and out to use the treadmill and it was perfect. I'm not sold on a full membership yet, as I'm not confident in how well facilities like the showers or saunas are maintained, things I would test out and use more with a full membership. Staff is excellent, so I may check them out again when back in town.
