The staff is really friendly and welcoming…read more The equipment is serviceable and there is plenty of room in both the upstairs and downstairs cardio/weight rooms.There are also plenty of tvs, if you like to watch while on a treadmill or eliptical. Overall the building is old, you can see the wear in the ceiling tiles and in the locker rooms. If you're looking for a basic gym and a very good value, this is the place for you. I just needed a place to run in and out to use the treadmill and it was perfect. I'm not sold on a full membership yet, as I'm not confident in how well facilities like the showers or saunas are maintained, things I would test out and use more with a full membership. Staff is excellent, so I may check them out again when back in town.

No problems Today, 1/7/2024 one of their co workers informed me two people can't go in at a time. I explained how I don't feel comfortable with the bed all the way shut and if my friend coming in was okay. They responded " yeah that's fine". After I used the bed we went out to get my friend a bed as well. We got informed the same thing by two different workers. Both agreeing on me going in with my friend to shut the door and to make the more comfortable I'd come out after. Both agreed! As me and my guest are sitting in the room her on the bed me waiting to shut it half way when it turned on! it never did! I went out spoke to the RUDE CO WORKER( the women who's always wearing a hat) and she rudely told me I LIED and she wasn't turning the bed one bc I stayed in there. MA'AM we agreed on me shutting my friends bed when it TURNED ON and it NEVER did. I agreed to speaking to the manager and he as well told me I lied and banned us from using the tanning beds for the rest of the day. Understandable while reading this it doesn't sound like a big deal bc it's a tanning bed but overall costumer service was a zero. The customers always right especially when they truly are! How your team handled the situation was incredible rude and unprofessional! Never have I been treated so disrespectful from staff while in a situation where they prove THEY are wrong and not the COSTUMER!

He led us through a very thorough warm-up and reviewed all the movements for the workout. The athletes at UCCF were very welcoming and encouraging. I'm looking forward to dropping in again while visiting the Cape this Summer.

I have been a member of four crossfit gyms since I started three years ago, only because I have…read moremoved that much and crossfit has helped me in more than just fitness. Not only am I stronger than I was as a division 1 college athlete 20 years ago, but I can do things I would never had tried or thought of trying. Because crossfit is a community that moves, I have never felt embarrassed or out of place. I started crossfit because I was bored at a regular gym and needed a fresh approach to my fittness. Everything is fresh and creative here. I knew a couple in their 70's who tried crossfit after years of doing triathlons and they said they recovered quicker and had better times. So crossfit is worth a try for any athlete. I can't say enough about this gym. The coaches are excellent and patient. They focus on doing the movements correctly instead of quickly. The program is challenging no matter what your fittness level. You will get fit. I have a toddler who loves to come and play with friends. The members are friendly and encouraging. It's a great place to try it out or perfect your fittness.
