The doctor is great but the pricing is RIDICULOUS. I did regular checks and cleaning years ago and paid $80 dollars after my insurance 2-3 times. They said I still have to pay a lot because my insurance plan is very bad. However, recently I learned that my colleagues who have the exact same insurance plan have been doing cleaning for free in other dental offices. I also did root canal therapy several years ago, which cost me about $800 after insurance and my colleague recently did one in Flushing, which is completely FREE. The pricing here is ridiculous. The nurses are not knowledgeable of my insurance at all. Before I went there the first time years ago, I called and emailed many times to figure out how my insurance plan works. I even sent my insurance pricing lists to them and they just told me that that was out of date and they couldn't follow that. After learning that my colleagues with the same insurance plan have been receiving free dental services for years, I am really pissed off for paying so much in the past. read more

Stay away from this office!!! Diana Lee lacks patience and is always late. More than 1 hour wait time even though appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance. Painless cleaning? It's because she barely touch your teeth, uses a waterpik that is why it's painless. Very rude to the elderly and extremely disrespectful to her patients in general. Go elsewhere. There are plenty other honest dentists in Chinatown. The service at this office is not worth the price charged even with insurance. Dr. Lee is the best. She takes her time explaining and talking to her patients before and after the procedure. During the procedures, she'll inform you of each and every step. This year I had to find a new dentist because my dental insurance changed. So I found Dr. Lee. I gag very easily. I am very sensitive individual. Dr. Lee was extremely patient with me. I'm surprised she didn't get annoyed. I needed a new crown because it broke. I had filling done. I got a new night guard for TMJ. My night guard is so comfortable that I was surprised. It fit me perfectly. Dr. Lee is very thorough, honest, and I'm just amazed at her patience with me. Moreover, she has a nice personality so it helps a lot. She's got this positive attitude about her. I'm so glad that I found Dynamic Smile and their wonderful team! I have a terrible history of (not) going to the dentist, mostly because I find them to be dishonest about the procedures they recommend, and inconsiderate of their patients' comfort. More than anything, I dread going because of how guilty they make me feel for not going more often, so it's really a vicious cycle. But Dr. Lee is really fantastic and so kind and informative! It was honestly the best dental experience I've ever had, and even though that's a pretty low bar to reach, it's all the more important for something generally viewed as so unpleasant. Annie, the reception, is really amazing and on top of it as well - she got back to me promptly with an inquiry I had and is super courteous and thorough. I see her for cleaning twice a year and cleaning has always been very gentle and comfortable. I have been with Dr Lee for my cleanings and fillings since she started her practice in Chinatown. I have been to many dentist in the past and she is one of the best in terms of thoroughness, caring and honesty. I visited another dentist in Chinatown last year who recommended a number of unnecessary fillings and was going to charge me over $800. Dr Lee checked my teeth and found only a couple of minor fillings saving me hundreds of dollars. She is the best! Dr Lee is great with technical dentistry (filling cavities and such). I have had really great experiences here. My biggest complaint is that a 9 am appointment is really a 9:30 or 9:45 appointment. They are open on WEEKENDS, which is AMAZING, but I really wish they would just start seeing patients at 10 am if that's when they're actually ready to see patients. But overall, Dr Lee is terrific. She makes you feel relaxed and at ease. I've been very happy here. read more

First time going to see Dr Lee for cleaning and X-ray. My insurance doesn't take much dentist so I compared who was best in Chinatown. I heard Dr Lee was good and gentle. When I went in the office the receptionist Annie helped me with all the paperwork. The dental assistant there helped me with the X-ray. The X-ray consists of taking 10 or more times of different scans of lower, upper and sides of the teeth. Felt I wasn't prepared to be zap by so much radiation from the X-ray at one sitting. When Dr Lee came in to do the cleaning I was prepared that it would be fast. Actually the cleaning took longer than I expected. My teeth required more time since I had more tar behind the teeth. I know my next cleaning in 6 months would be better and faster. Dr Lee was gentle and nice to explain what to do in the future to prevent the teeth problems. I feel dentist who take their time to talk and understand the patient is good. These are the dentist that cares about their patients. I wished Dr Lee do Invisalign. Now I have to find a more affordable Ortho for my Invisalign. I know MBO is best but the cost is too pricey. This is a great place for basic check up, X-ray, cleaning and teeth problems. Convenient location in Chinatown. Remember to make an appointment so no need to wait. It's nice that the receptionist would email the patients the appointment times. I wish they offer credit card as a form as payment. Definitely would make the patients happier. So far a great experience. read more

I had to find a new dentist because my previous wonderful dentist retired! What nerve! The mission to find a new dentist is not an easy one since going to the dentist makes me cringe! Dr. Diana Lee is a recommendation from my orthodontist. Yes, I did mention that I do not like dentist but sometimes being vain wins. Dr. Lee is patient, pleasant and listens to your concerns - All important qualities of a good doctor. She is gentle and does a thorough job cleaning your teeth, which I appreciate. I like that Dr. Lee explains how to better take care of your teeth which is so important. Dr. Lee does the work herself and not a dental hygienist. One thing I didn't necessary enjoy was the tech who did the X-ray. Hopefully they can update their technology. The process was actually a bit annoying and painful when the tech positioned the instruments in my mouth. It was a lot of scans/radiation and the process took longer than expected. So yes, even though I wasn't crazy about the X-ray part, I am happy with Dr. Lee, her work and her staff are equally as nice/pleasant. read more

Both speak perfect english , are professional with great beside manner and makes you feel as if you are in good hands. Her offices are clean and modern.
