Great treatment for pain. Always cares for patients needs and follow up with them regularly.

They are the worst. They have 30 days to get insurance approval and they always call the day before the shot/procedure and cancel because insurance has to approved. I call insurance and they have never made a request. I have had so many issues with them and then they treat me like I am the problem. Plus you never see the same doctor ever. read more

This place is like an assembly line, Very condescending towards patients, extremely rude staff members. They just want the almighty buck. No real compassion, the doctors aren't personable in the least. They focus on high dollar procedures that don't give relief at all or for long. Most have no other choice but to go here. And don't dare question them on your own medical well-being without them becoming offended. If you have the means to go to different facility, do it. read more

Been in pain management for 11 years with severe chronic pain due to failed spinal fusions with further degeneration. Just moved to Crestview and choose DP&W for my treatment. They have made my pain worse. Whatever you do.. do not tell them this or challenge them at all. First they will take you off of any pain meds (Opiods) no questions asked. Doesn't matter if they help you or not (You know your body). We are just another Opioid seeker looking for a high. In my 4 visits the ONLY reason they've given me for everything about my pain is "It's the meds." Nothing about the images of my back, no explanation to possible issues causing pain, or education. They will not ask you about your experience with "Your" pain (what works,, what doesn't). If Opioids help you forget it. They are one-sided pain management.. they will tell you what you will do and ask you nothing about journey. I just went into a second procedure (without any consultation about how the first went.) They were about to give me another different procedure without them asking how the first went. In the procedure room I challenged the doctor in frustration for growing pain since I've been there. You do not challenge the doctor or he'll tell you to "Go somewhere else if you don't like it." He said that to me. The tech was so angry and red faced at my challenge that when I laid down face first for the procedure he (without warning) grabbed my legs and pulled them up causing extreme pain in my lower back, moved them where he wanted them and just dropped them onto the table. The previous procedure he was nice and asked me to inch my legs over to be in a better position. STAY AWAY!! Heed my advice.
