The mat and other cushioned items used in their treatment cause me to stay off my ankle completely for at least 24 hrs after the appointment. I have had zero problems during or after any other exercises or appointments. They have goaded me, spoke under their breaths and continued to make me do these exercises. It is evident they lack the professional ability and the intelligence to work around a patients needs. ALL BODIES ARE NOT 100 % THE SAME AS 100% OF ALL CLIENTS. Here I am again not walking for an entire day after maybe 5 minutes of exercises provided at this office. Ridiculous treatment and knowledge!

What dinner breakfast and lunch are served when they feel like serving them there's no schedule. And the food is usually very cold. The physical therapy department is spot on outrageously good. While I was here they were exposing me to COVID so I end up with COVID. That was stupid they should have told me they had COVID in the wing before they put me here I would have refused entry to the facility. And then when my roommate tested positive for COVID I asked to be moved and they didn't move me I was clear of COVID until that exposure to it so I suffered for 2 weeks ended up back in the hospital. Outrageous care from the administrators and facilities upper management. I repeatedly complained and tried to reach somebody that was over the kitchen to no avail. I tried to reach the administrators several times I was told either they've gone home for the day or they're in a meeting and I never got to speak to an administrator one time in the 2 months I was here. I'm extremely disappointed in the overall experience. Thank you did my pain pills come in yet okay
