I had been looking for a 1995-1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT for a few months on CarGurus.com. I live in North Carolina and was skeptical buying a vehicle that was 600 miles away. I called the Dynamic Motors and John Cassis answered the phone. We talked on the phone for over an hour about the car and a bunch of other things. The car had been serviced before it was put on the lot. I asked him to personally take the car for a test drive and give me his honest opinion. He called me back and said the the car ran well but the belts squealed when the car started up. He had the car put in the shop and the belts changed. It took me several weeks to make arrangements to drive to Florida to gets the car. Johns was very professional. He called several times to touch base. I can honestly say that I am very happy with this purchase. I feel that I got a good deal. The sales staff that I dealt with was forthcoming about the condition of the car, not pushy at all, and very professional. It seems to me that YELP is more of a forum for unhappy customers. The reviews for Dynamic motors on CarGurus tell a completely different story. For what it is worth, I would drive over 600 miles again to buy from the folks! John is a huge asset to Dynamic Motors. We had been all over the metro for a few weeks when we happened upon Dynamic Motors. We were specifically looking for a convertible in a specific price range. We introduced ourselves to Mike and inquired about the Audi which was displayed on a ramp. He immediately turned to Kinley and said, "lets go get the Audi down off the ramp so they can drive it". I didn't tell them at the time, but they had already exceeded our low expectations we came to think of as normal in this market. They actually were pro-active and helpful right from the start. We noticed something wrong with the vehicle while on the drive, so they took it in the shop and repaired the problem. We purchased the car with no issues at all. Very smooth process. A few days after the purchase, I went by to retrieve my new tag. My Check engine light had come on the night before. When I spoke to Mike, he immediately took the car to the shop where they found an emission hose with a leak. They repaired it at no charge, which they did not have to do. We are both TOTALLY impressed with Mike, Kinley, and the mechanic at Dynamic motors. This was by far the most stress free auto transaction I have ever encountered. I went to Dynamic Motors back in Sept and waited for over a 1/2 hour to speak to someone about purchasing a vehicle. After 45 minutes, I got up and left and moved on to another dealership. Three weeks later, I got 2 phone calls about purchasing a Vehicle. Already purchased a vehicle. On December 20th, they advertised for a person to make calls to clients/inquiries about their Vehicles. Full-Time, $ 10 to $ 20 hr. On Dec 30, & 31st I got emails from Jerry asking me to come in for an interview. He kept calling me by 2 different names. When I came in on Thursday 1/07, the Office Manager, and 1 Sales Associate that was their FIRST DAY, after speaking to Jerry and the Owner, I was "hired". they would call me on Friday for a schedule and other information. I called Jerry, I emailed him over the weekend and finally received an email from Jerry telling me he was going to PUT ME on the SCHEDULE for Wednesday. I was called on Tuesday by Wendy, for an interview, wanting Part-time at $ 10.. Wow.. I came in on Wednesday, spoke with Wendy.. Found out the Owner Fired everyone and was HIRING ALL NEW Employees. I have always purchased company owned cars from salesmen I've known, traded in at 70,000 miles and maintained every 3,000 miles, in other words "perfect cars" at a bargain price. I was skeptical of going to a dealer. We found Dynamic from Cars.com and read all of their reviews. Some bad but mostly great reviews. We were looking for a bargain car to replace the minivan we had that "just died" all of a sudden. We spotted what we hoped would be a great car. Here's the compliment .... I called Mike Cundiff and he agreed to allow me to drive the car over an hour one way so my mechanic could check it out. I honestly didn't expect this. Upon checking out the car we decided to buy it "as is" like most or all of their cars are tagged on the window. Mike gave me a great deal and made the entire process EASY and fun ... two words that aren't typically associated with buying a car from a dealer. Bunch of fucking scumbag thief's proped up door hinge next day it pops fender 10 days they finally called back with a bunch of bullshit tires had lots of rubber but were 2000 and dry rotted driver seat moved up and would no longer move back could not open driver door after day two without damaging fender they pretty much told me fuck you couldn't get out of car due to drivers door malfunction which my mechanic told me hinde was bad so car sat in garage for about 13 days when they tolld me they wrte not going to help you with repairs and basically stole my money because it was going to be about 10k to fix all that was wrong then they put in claim.to insurance for collision should have drove it through front door but not worth the trouble because their scumbag pussies read more

I am really happy for the great service help I got here. I bought my car here around May 2022 not purposely for myself but for my cousin. Unfortunately, he had an accident with the car in early September hitting a truck, the car crashed and couldn't even be repaired in my own opinion. when I called dynamic motors and explained what happens, I was planning to come around and purchase another latest car but I was out of a fund. To my surprise, I was given a chance to go with a Prado jeep and pay to install it mentally for 6 maximum of 6 months.
