When our heating system broke down over the holidays, they still were able to have a guy come out on Dec 26 (despite being closed) to identify the issue and order us a replacement part. He told us what needed to be done to prevent it from happening again -- essentially the crazy winds knocked the cover off a unit off roof loose and water got in. They managed to secure us a part quickly and replaced in before we had friends come over for New Years Eve. So grateful for their help during the holidays. Cannot recommend Reyes enough!

Jimmy Reyes arrived at 8am Friday morning to take a look and told us they could fix the furnace, but since it was old there was a possibility something else would fail in the future. We had installed the furnace and A/C condenser together in 2002 and decided the best course of action would be to replace both. Jimmy told us that the A/C unit would require a permit and that might slow down installation, and provided a competitive estimate. Fortunately, we were leaving for a week's vacation the following day but Reyes dropped off some space heaters to keep us warm in the meantime. A week later, Reyes arrived promptly at 8am to install the new furnace and A/C (having secured the permit). The team introduced themselves (so polite!) and placed tarps, etc. to protect our flooring. They worked diligently and completed the entire job in 2 days! Not only that, but they removed the registers and sealed all the ducts to maximize the heating and cooling. We could not be happier. The new furnace and A/C are super energy efficient, quiet and effective. Reyes Heating and Air set the standard for excellence and customer service.

While not the cheapest bid I felt Jim Kelly planned out our project with great knowledge for HVAC installing. Ours was a big job. We needed a complete changeover of all equipment. We chose a Daikin 5 ton air handler, Daikin 5 ton heat pump, all new sheet metal boots and ducting to each 11 registers . My experience with Bellows has been an interesting one. TLDR; highly recommended and check out the Quilt system! - - - I had originally scheduled an estimator to come out an give a price on replacing a whole house gas furnace with a heat pump system but was also considering a multi-head mini-split system. The technician who came out was knowledgable and introduced me to the Quilt system. He was not pushy at all, simply said that it was a new system that showed a lot of promise. After reading a bit more about it, I was sold! The promise of efficiency was intriguing and the usability and aesthetics sealed the deal. It took about a month to really get things going, but once they started, the installation team was great! Very professional, efficient and tidy. On the third day of installation, I had inquired about the condenser unit location. It was placed in a prominent and highly visible location at the front of the house and I thought there was a good alternate location - moving it back about 5' and rotating it 90 degrees. I definitely missed the window of time when this should have been asked, and to move it would require some additional work. The initial response was not empathetic or customer satisfaction- minded, the quote for the change order was prohibitively high and I ended the phone call feeling very frustrated. Within minutes, one of the owners, was on the phone. Chelsea put on a MASTERCLASS in conflict resolution. She made a personal connection, approached the situation with humility and grace, quickly establishing empathy in both directions. Chelsea found a delicate balance between defending her business and wanting to help find a solution by sharing more detailed information about the systems and installation process, and asking questions about why I wanted to change the location. Like most customer-service facing professionals, she articulated that she wanted me to be happy with the product and service and that the company would make it right. But unlike the majority of those people, it did not come across as condescending - she was genuine, willing to explore options, and ultimately took the time to gather more information and see what options were actually available. The installation manager, Del, came out the next morning, worked with the installers to find an efficient solution to move the unit, and the system was completed within the original schedule. The two-man installation team ended up working a little later, and even on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend, showed professionalism and patience in testing the system, cleaning up, and making sure all of my questions were answered before calling the job complete. Ultimately, I am very satisfied with my Bellow's experience and would recommend. I am very impressed with Chelsea and her handling of the situation. The company, her partners and anyone working for her should be grateful for the leadership she provides. Thank you Chelsea, Del, Joed and Julian!

I had Bellows replace my HVAC furnace and air conditioner in February, 2021. I spent a lot of time…read moreto research the units and decide which ones to invest in. On the day of install, they roll up in the truck with a different unit, "We want to install this one instead, it's a better unit." First of all, the one they brought was too big for the space! And I wasn't about to take a chance on a unit I didn't have time to research was actually "better" anyway. It all felt very shady, bait & switch, sleight of hand-ish. So they came back another day with the correct unit. Now, only five years later, the furnace fails. I had them come out and while the part is under warranty (inducer motor), they want to charge $1200 in labor to replace it. Now, I get how warranties work, it's not their fault, and the labor warranty was only one year--fine. BUT, I had another company come give me a quote and said the failure was caused by the install! Bellows actually charged me to replace the flue vents and ductwork, but they did not actually replace them. Years of rusting and corrosion was getting into the new unit and destroying the motor. Shady AF company. Don't trust them!!
