I needed physical therapy because my sciatica pain had gotten to the point where it had become painful for me to even take a few steps without experiencing extreme pain. Thanks to the treatments I received at Terry Physical Therapy, I feel much better than I have felt in the past two years. The prescribed treatments recommended by the staff at Terry Physical Therapy, the quality of care by the therapists there, and the attention to detail by the staff at all times have all been exceptional, and I am extremely grateful! I can walk much better now, I feel much less pain while walking and standing that I can now return to my prior routine of walking daily for my better half. If they dont want to do the 30 minutes since its a waste of time then remove them from the services.

Massage: 3/5. Im a special case. I am extremely active & have lots of knots & scar tissue that needs addressing. My deep tissue was ok. It was not bad in any sense but I'm used to a high level of pain from the therapist really getting in there. I just didn't get that level of intensity needed for me to get that "loose" feeling Im used to. The therapist said I should consider coming back more often. This was new to me since I've always walked away from deep tissues with a majority of my issues resolve (at a high price of pain during). It's usually a reset for my muscles and I don't feel like I got that. Price: 4/5. I found this business on Groupon and I think for that price the massage was of good value. The average retail price of 69$ for an hr is about average. Their message add ons were reasonably priced and for the cupping I got I felt 15$ was a great deal so they get bonus points for all their additional offerings. Would I go again: yes, although I may ask if they recommend a specific therapist for my specific issues and pain tolerance. It is a good business that is worth patronizing.
