Kevin of Dynamic Handyman Solutions installed a raised bed in our side yard yesterday. He arrived at exactly the time scheduled on the day we met for the bid and also on the day the job was scheduled. The raised bed is quality construction. Kevin filled the bed combining planting mix with some top soil. He worked efficiently and cleaned up when done. Additional note: When we met originally for the bid, we also needed some cement work done (sidewalk down side yard and patio). Kevin said he didn't do cement work, so we asked for a recommendation. He didn't have one at that time but said he would check around. A couple weeks after meeting, Kevin provided us with the name of a cement business that one of his customers recommended. We contacted the cement company and were able to have the cement work done just prior to Kevin's scheduled time to build the raised bed. We appreciated Kevin's follow through with a contact because we had been trying for some time (couple years) to find a good cement contractor willing to pour a small job and in a side yard which is challenging. Update 8/25 Today is Sunday and Kevin came.put to fix the leaking problem and I am.impressed about how he made right our leak issue. I want to thank him in making sure now the problem will be fixed Update Kevin did return my call and has made a commitment to be here Monday to try to fix the problem. More to come..... I am sharing this with the community in regards to.this handyman work. He was hired to do an install of a kitchen sink and when done it has sprunk a leak twice causing water to drip bad under the sink. We have tried to reach him most of the Afternoon this Saturday with no such luck. Because of his inability to follow up on the calls and text.messages given. My family is unable to leave the water on in the house due to the severity of the leak. This is causing issues for us using any kind of water for the weekend. I have texted him and called with no response. I have dealt with vendors in my profession and have never dealt with unprofessionalism in my life. Kevin was very prompt, friendly and courteous. He kept in contact with us throughout the entire process. We had him fix or replace & paint several water damaged fascia boards and a couple overhang roof supports on our rental home. He installed new vinyl gutters along the front of the house and garage. He set up and installed an automatic sprinkler system and added additional sprinklers in the front yard. He did a perfect job setting everything up. The sprinklers have perfect coverage of the entire yard. No more dead spots! He gave the house a little face lift and looks great now with minimal expense. We also had him come out to my parents house and remove all the water damaged window shutters and install new vinyl shutters. We felt very comfortable and found Kevin to be trust worthy. Kevin did a small bathroom job for my mom. She needed her old medicine cabinet taken out which was recessed into the wall, then the wall had to have the hole covered with sheetrock. He also had to put in the box for the light fixture, the light was attached to the old medicine cabinet. He did that, the other things that needed done, the texture of the new wall. I painted the wall then Kevin came back and hang the new light fixture and mirror. Keven has done great work for me on each of the two occasions that I've hired him.. Among the variety of things he has done: installed a security screen door, taken a broken treadmill to the dump and applied fence post supports to help my fence last a bit longer. He has taken time to research to provide me with suggestions. And, he has been thorough, on-time, good at explaining what was being done, good at cleanup and overall very easy to work with. He will be returning soon to put new drywall under the sink cabinets in my kitchen and bathroom which is needed to cover the huge openings where the pipes enter the wall....mice are getting in! He worked with me throughout with clear communication. He came early to assess what I needed done, did some research and followed up to tell me what he could complete vs couldn't, and when. I needed 2 broom holders put in a storage area and shelves put in a closet. He did excellent work and in a timely manner.
