I left at 1 a.m. to stay in a hotel (they were still not done, and I had been waiting for 9 hours), because I had to leave the hotel at 7 a.m. to meet his movers in Toronto. I barely got any sleep. - George came to wrap up my furniture at 6:45 p.m. He said if I was mean and rude to him on the phone, he wouldn't have came to my condo to wrap up the furniture. Therefore the job wouldn't have been done until 3 a.m. or later depending on how "fast" his movers went. George lied and said his movers would be done loading the truck in 30 minutes. It took them longer than 2 hours. - While he was on the phone at my condo, he got a call about his movers damaging a customer's furniture. He was going to pay her $100 dollars, but when she said it was more, he said he was only going to pay her $50 dollars. - I had a sign on a box that clearly said to not stack anything on top of it, because there was a computer inside. George stacked a box on top of it, and I had to ask him to take the box off. His mover in Toronto turned the box upside down. Thankfully, I bubble wrapped the computer. However, if the computer was broken, George would not pay for it. - One of his movers gave me attitude for no reason, even though they were 6 hours and 45 minutes late. - I will be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully there will be a resolution.

The workers ran out of tape to secure blankets to the furniture, so i ran out to get it, though the person in charge of the workers did pay as I brought him the receipt. My biggest issue was though the truck was too small. It wasn't long before it was noticed that it was filling up very quickly and i feel this led to many issues. My dining room table, which was bought as a single piece, had to be taken apart to fit and now isn't stable, no matter how much i tighten the hardware, and the extensions rattle loudly in their compartment. It also has a few large chips in the veneer. The frame under the leather of one of my couches has been broken as well. I want to be clear that I don't think the workers are as responsible for this as the person who estimates the size of the truck, because they tried their best to fit as much in as possible and positioned furniture in manners they likely wouldn't have if they had the space. Because not everything fit, I had to rent a truck the next day to finish the job, which was extremely disappointing. Tried to contact them multiple times, no response. Should have read the reviews first.

They arrive, we fill them, the get moved, we empty them, Andrew picks them up. No searching at grocery stores, taping, recycling, etc. The handles, wheels, and uniform shape make them easy to deal with and arrange. Andrew was nice and responsive. And it was affordable! So impressed. Also, before I rented, I asked about bugs and Andrew took the time to explain his cleaning process. When they arrived, it was clear that these were sanitized.
