So impressed. Also, before I rented, I asked about bugs and Andrew took the time to explain his cleaning process. When they arrived, it was clear that these were sanitized. The workers ran out of tape to secure blankets to the furniture, so i ran out to get it, though the person in charge of the workers did pay as I brought him the receipt. My biggest issue was though the truck was too small. It wasn't long before it was noticed that it was filling up very quickly and i feel this led to many issues. My dining room table, which was bought as a single piece, had to be taken apart to fit and now isn't stable, no matter how much i tighten the hardware, and the extensions rattle loudly in their compartment. It also has a few large chips in the veneer. The frame under the leather of one of my couches has been broken as well. I want to be clear that I don't think the workers are as responsible for this as the person who estimates the size of the truck, because they tried their best to fit as much in as possible and positioned furniture in manners they likely wouldn't have if they had the space. Because not everything fit, I had to rent a truck the next day to finish the job, which was extremely disappointing. Tried to contact them multiple times, no response. Should have read the reviews first.

I was unaware but on August 4th I was sent a email reminding me of my late payment then on Sept 1st I was sent another email demanding payment of 265.00 then on the 3rd received a message sent from Lestor and Karen Juhasz personal email @ 9:48am that if I didn't contact them by noon my unit was being auctioned off. No phones calls, no certified letter was sent to me informing me of this not was i given the opportunity to pay what I owed they just sold my unit that held my entire life right down to my children's baby books and every picture or memory of my children and my entire family! I don't know how many others this has been done to but don't let it go without a fight. I personally spoke to the auction house that held this auction and was informed that these arrangements had been made in the end of August when I was only one payment late and the value of this unit was approx $16-18,000 and it was sold for 500 measly dollars. Is this business so hard up for the 265.00 that I owed that they sold my property without notifying me or following the NYS laws in place? I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!

The staff were incredibly unhelpful and rude. After paying almost $500 a month for almost two years, I as a single mother, living in another province, moved my things out, however had to dispose of a few items (one double mattress and a Queen mattress) as I did not have the room or finances to take them with me. I asked Despina for assistance as I was unsure what I should do with these mattresses. She advised me that I would have to take them to the curb at a residential location so that the city could pick them up. After explaining that a) I don't have a residence in the city and b) the city pick up isn't for another few weeks. She simply repeated herself. Although I attempted to donate my mattresses, there was no organization willing to take mattresses as per their policies. In the end, I had to leave these mattresses behind. I ensured that they were in the GARBAGE BIN located on the premises. I was unable to lift the Queen size mattress into the bin, so I placed this one beside the bin. As I live in another province and had to return, this solution made the most sense and was my only option. The following day, Despina called me angry saying I was 'caught on camera' using their GARBAGE bin and that I will now be charged if the items weren't removed by 5pm. I was told I had to remove the mattress placed by the bin and the mattress placed IN the GARBAGE bin. At this point I had driven back to my home province and explained that I placed them in the only logical place I could access... THE GARBAGE BIN. I also explained that I was provinces away and couldn't do as she asked. Well, too bad for me; she was going to charge me regardless. Despina did not care. As I couldn't afford to be charged, which I explained to her, she continued to repeat herself. 5 pm was my deadline to remove the items from THE GARBAGE BIN. I contacted the only person I could (a 19 year old former student of mine living in Montreal) who went to the unit to remove my items. When they arrived, the entire situation changed. It was now " if you can cut the mattress, we'll throw it in the bin FOR YOU, NO PROBLEM" When they agreed, they were told by Despina " oh but you can't do it today. You have to come back tomorrow" So much for my 5pm deadline where I was going to be charged. They went back the following day, cut the mattress and placed it in the SAME BIN THAT I WAS GOING TO BE CHARGED FOR PUTTING ITEMS IN. I was a customer who never missed a payment, didn't cause any problems, and the way I was treated was terrible. I even asked Despina for an ounce of empathy. There was none. This business is a business I realize, but if you want any kind or humane treatment, this is not the storage place for you. If you have ANY hiccups like I did, this is NOT the place for you. GO ELSEWHERE.
