I watched and for an hour I did not see my dog. I called and was told by the woman, I was just about to call you, your dog did not pass the meet and greet. Their story was they put my dog in a crate so a new dog could enter and when they let my dog out he snapped at the new dog. All which was conveniently off camera. If this is all true why would they not call me right away? Why did they leave my dog in a crate for an hour? I was the one who called them. Horrible, my dog is now acting traumatized.
