Because Damasci has 5 star reviews on Google, we decided to check them out. We were welcomed by the older brother (his name escapes me at the moment). He was very nice and patient and took the time to explain everything to us in great detail. He went over options and gave us a benchmark in terms of pricing for the kind of piece we wanted. He made sure we were comfortable with the budget and said he would find us more options. We then met with his brother, Sam, who's the designer. He also took the time to explain things to us and answer questions we had. You can really tell he's passionate about his work - everything on display is designed by him! The entire process, we didn't feel pressured at all and they were very respectful about the budget. Definitely would recommend coming here for custom jewelry!

It was supposed to be a very simple fix but she had to send 3 times and every single time when she receive her ring, there is new damage on the ring ! She end up went to other jeweller to fix all the issues. I was very surprise since this jeweller has such great reviews but my friend's personal experience was extremely opposite. Not sure if there was any changes happened at the jeweller but I'll avoid the place at all cost for now.

I have utilized CPPS for both tuning and repair services and have found them to be courteous, professional and timely. In the age of the Internet sites like Yelp and those of similar ilk, they are truly only as strong as the honesty and integrity of their reviewers, and in a sense their filtering systems. When I see a lone faceless reviewer from Seattle WA with one negative review to their name attempting to sully the reputation of a good local business I had to step in. It's not my intent to call anyone out by name, and if you have read any of my reviews ( I think I'm close to 100 now), you will see that I have never done so. But when I see any overt attempt by a fellow Yelper to try and tarnish a businesses reputation, especially a business that I know to be reputable, I have to address the matter. Any chance you are looking to set up a business catering to Piano services in Toronto Heather r.

Nothing ginormous nor tacky here. I overheard the staff say that 2 women who worked at Lululemon came up with the pieces. I totally love the simplicity of the designs. Tiny, unabashed in the ability to stand out without the flash, it's the perfect every day wear. Quite a few things - necklaces - in here caught my eye. So did the prices. How could something so small be so much?!! Maybe I'll treat myself for my birthday b/c these are definitely forever pieces that are timeless.

It is so lovely to be able to walk in to a store and have an expert show you around - never once rushing you, or annoyed at the questions you were asking. Anthony, thank you so much for helping me make my selection and for recording some of the rings I fell in love with (in addition to my ring size) in my file! I really appreciate it!
