Unfortunately, they failed to communicate with me, and after nearly two weeks of waiting without updates, I decided to look elsewhere. I went back on Yelp and found Low Cost Auto Glass. Using the Yelp project tool, I submitted a request and received a quote very quickly. Although their price was slightly higher (but not by much), I chose them because of their prompt response and professionalism--I was ready to get my window fixed without further delays. Joe explained that the glass would take about four days to arrive and that prepayment was required. He clearly outlined the next steps and sent an invoice shortly after. The entire process--from my Yelp request to receiving the invoice--was completed within an hour. The next day, Joe called to let me know the glass had already arrived and that I could bring my car in. Since I was at work, I scheduled an appointment for Friday morning.
