Hutch's towing towed us off the Ohio Turnpike and we stayed two nights at the Quality Inn across the street. I called Suburban Auto first thing Monday morning. Dave was very accommodating and got working on our vehicle right away. He was finished in just a few hours and did a very thorough job at flushing all the burnt gunk out of the car. When I thanked him for working so quickly he said he put himself in my shoes and thought how he'd want to get on his way home right away. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness and empathy to our situation as I was still two days from home and had two children and a dog with me. The car worked just fine all the way back to Connecticut without incident. I got in to see my regular mechanic a few days later to check the vehicle over. He said Suburban Auto did a great job. Thanks again!

Very poor customer service - didn't call us once, kept giving us different prices and excuses, and very rude when asked to explain. Pay for the tow to a different shop, it's worth it.

No hidden fees, no games, great communication and speed, and much more. I'm in NJ and often purchase out of state for great deals and I'll be going to H&K every single time moving forward and working with Dustin. Thank you so much again for the professionalism and process.

Kyle was great at follow up and even sent me additional pictures to my phone. I ended up not getting the vehicle because I was too slow to decide but I was very impressed with Kyle who went the extra lengths even though I was an out of state buyer! Thank you and I recommend Kyle and H&K. Paul I

We had part of the job done as an ASAP & rest will be this summer. Process was smooth & communication was fantastic with getting updates & status reports. Would recommend 100%.

I was given an estimate for removing and stumping a tree. While removing branches above my pole…read morebarn and shed a branch was cut by the company owner , Owen and while falling to the ground the branch went through my shed door I recently had painted and covered with metal siding . After several branches were cut the owner ,Owen asked if it was ok NOT to finish the job stating the tree was too difficult to cut!! What tree removal company quits half way through the job citing it's too hard to cut?! The deal was he would repair my door and charge half of the agreed estimate , since he didn't want to finish the job. In addition , several large oil stains from his truck were left for me to power wash taking me three hours . The door was repaired but would not open or close . When I notified Owen I needed to get my mower out he stated he would be out the next day to fix . A week later he still hasn't shown up, so I ended up fixing it myself . I wanted to give this young company an opportunity to get his business to grow, turning down two matching bids from more established companies. I was left with half a tree remaining , oil stained driveway and a broken shed door that didn't function after the owner "repaired " it. I would not recommend this company. See attached photos. Not pictured are large oil stains on driveway.

I have not been posting reviews much during this Covid-19 pandemic but I have to give credit where…read morecredit is due. Sunday our heater hoses in our van completely began showing hot and smoking. I am not that knowledgeable with things like that and probably over panicked but knew that I would be calling places Monday morning. I was referred to KK Collision as well as a couple other local businesses. I called KK Collision and felt completely at ease in speaking with Terry while I described my problem. He asked if I could bring the van in or if we needed it towed. My brother in law offered to meet us there so we put some water in and headed there, since it was only a mile or so away. We were greeted nicely and by the look of under the hood these experienced mechanics seemed to understand the problem immediately. After giving our information and call back number, they said they would call back with an estimate and go from there. I was pleasantly surprised at the call I received far sooner than I had expected, but very impressed. I was given the problem information, what was going to be done and the price which I had no idea if that was good or not good but I have been informed it was a very reasonable price. Now to make this review even better, is that I was called before the end of the day to let me know that everything was taken care of and completed. I was so happy...happy that now I found an honest, reputable, professional local auto business and excited since they also do all sorts of auto repairs. I so not know why I have never stopped in before but thank you to Keith, Terry and the nice young man who assisted us. Also, I must say, the inside of the front of the building you could almost eat off the floor as the saying goes. I must also add they have an adorable fur baby that seems to be in control. Definitely will recommend.
