When we wanted to sell our home in Fullerton, we interviewed three different agents and team Liz was hands and shoulders better than the other two. They identified areas that needed to be improved in the house and got us quotes for painting, power washing, carpet/tile cleaning and repair, and carpet replacement. They made everything very easy for us in what is naturally a stressful process. When we moved out of the property, they kept and eye on it and ensured that everything that needed looking after was taken care of. After the house was on the market, they followed up with the agents of prospective buyers, managed the offers and asked all our questions about disclosures. Their team is a joy to work with and we were very pleased with the outcomes.

When it comes to finding someone who will work for you, Vickie checks all the boxes. We were looking to close escrow within a tight timeframe and Vickie made sure that nothing was missed. She coordinated between escrow, title, seller, vendors and us on countless occasions far exceeding what the expected responsibilities would typically be of a realtor. Vickie not only fulfills her responsibilities, but she anticipates the next question you will ask and even answers the questions you don't think of asking. Most importantly, Vickie is a great communicator. She made sure that we were up to date on every single detail of the transaction, big or small. We felt confident throughout the purchase process. We both have very high standards for people we work with, and Vickie has set a new standard for how real estate agents should be. When it was time for us to make an offer on a house in Yorba Linda that had multiple interested parties, Vickie was on top of it. Her fun, bubbly and approachable personality not only makes her a joy to work with, it also comes in handy during negotiations. She was able to connect with the sellers agent and relayed valuable information that helped us present a competitive and fair offer. Instead of asking us to make a high offer to outbid the other offers, Vickie was strategic and recommended different approaches to make our offer stand out. And it did. The whole process was a breeze and she handled all of the communication and scheduling with inspectors, fumigation, and advocated for us to have the sellers fix everything that came out of the inspection report. Vickie is truly an exceptional realtor and anyone buying a home in Orange County would be lucky to work with her.

As a first time home seller, I had a lot of questions, and she was always responsive, patient, and clear about what to expect throughout the process. I originally thought my home would take months to sell because that was what I was seeing with other homes in my neighborhood. I also had a certain price in mind, but Cali's knowledge of the local real estate market, pricing strategy, and marketing helped us get the home off the market in just one weekend at a great price. Even when I felt the buyer's side was a little less organized, Cali kept everything moving and made sure I always understood what was happening. After working with Cali, I understand why the Elizabeth Do Team is so highly regarded in Garden Grove, Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, and the surrounding Orange County communities. In reality, after a month of lowball offers, deals falling apart, and absolutely none of the promised bidding-war fireworks, he suggested we reduce the price even further , despite similar homes, many not nearly as nice as ours, selling for more. We were completely perplexed. Every time we asked what was going on, there seemed to be another explanation about something supposedly wrong with the house, but never much acknowledgment that maybe , just maybe, the strategy itself wasn't working. At some point, when your beautiful home starts being treated like the last dented can in the clearance aisle, you know something has gone sideways. So we parted ways, took the house off the market for a few weeks, regrouped, and hired Kathe. The difference was immediate. From the moment Kathe walked through the door, she understood what made the home special. The custom woodwork, the huge back patio, the classic kidney-shaped pool, and all the little details that gave the house character. Instead of telling us what was wrong with it, she saw what was right with it. And we loved that. She brought in stagers, added her own personal touches, repositioned the home properly and , this is the part we particularly enjoyed, suggested we actually raise the asking price by $10,000 over our original listing. The minute the house hit the market, we received multiple offers. It sold in a freaking WEEK for nearly $40,000 more than what we had originally been asking. Talk about night and day. The entire experience with Kathe, albeit a very quick one, was an absolute pleasure. She understood the home, understood the market, and most importantly, knew how to present it in a way that made buyers see what we had always seen in it. We genuinely could not recommend her more highly to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Review for Irene and Ricky Real Estate Group…read more I started looking for a home Jan 2025. I met Irene on July 2025. I purchased my home on Nov 2025. Before meeting Irene, I had already seen around 80 homes. In total, I visited over 100 homes before finding the right one. Irene worked with me for nearly 5 months and put in more than 8 offers on 5 different homes before securing our current home for a better deal than I could have imagined. Reasons I am so happy to have worked with Irene: 1. Well-connected: The main reason I would recommend Irene is that she is so well connected. She knew all the realtors of the homes we put in offers for. If we wanted the home, she would contact them immediately and get me all the details on how we should approach the offer near real-time. 2. Reliable & Experienced: She has most likely sold or purchased a similar home to what you are looking for. She knows dates / prices and lot types and can give you recommendations with proof to back it up. You want someone like her in your corner whether buying or selling your home. There is a reason she has been the #1 realtor in Irvine (volume-based) for the past 2 consecutive years. 3. Honest: She really wants what is best for you. She also wants your business now as well as in the future. When I was having second thoughts about the home after putting in offer, she talked me through my thoughts and advised that I should pull out now explaining that liking the house is much more important than how good the deal is. Instant trust. 4. Team: Her team members (Grace & Geoffrey) follow up very well and are very calm and caring, which is a perfect balance to Irene's quick-thinking demeanor. I'm extremely meticulous with my purchases and do extensive research and comparison shopping. Buying a home took that approach to an entirely new hyper-methodical level. Irene matched my obsessiveness with her diligence and never missed a detail. She is fast-paced yet very patient--hard to explain, but its immediately obvious once you work with her. I was so happy with Irene that within 2 months of closing, I got 2 other families to work with Irene to buy / rent out their home. They also really loved her so I am even more confident in recommending her without hesitation. While this home may not be my forever home, Irene is most definitely my forever realtor.

When we started working with them, we felt that we were in good hands- right away they took the time to get to know us, our wish list, where we came from, and where we wanted to go. We felt like our words were heard and throughout the process they helped steer us away from homes that wouldn't work and toward homes we loved. What we really appreciated is that they never tried to 'sell' us on a home like our previous agent. They simply helped us examine the pros and cons of each on based on our needs/wants. It was refreshing to trust their expertise. They seem to truly love what they do, and they were always there for us- guiding us, answering questions, and showing us homes that fit our specifications. They were incredibly responsive and there were several times we reached out without expecting them to answer since it was after hours or weekends, but they always got back to us quickly. We really appreciated that they always had answers to our questions. Ultimately, we chose a house in a neighborhood we wouldn't have otherwise considered, had it not been for their insistence that we give it a shot. We are so glad we did - we are very happy in our new home and new neighborhood. The entire experience left us exactly where we need to be. We experienced top-notch professionalism and guidance.
