First the salesperson was spot on. Now let talk about the Finance dept. We bought our car June 25 2025 but only picked it up on July1 2025.We had signed a contract on 06/25/2025 but when we picked it up 07/01/2025 for different reasons we sighed another contract. So as of today we have 2 different loans with Chase for the same car which of course seems like an ugly word called Fraud. I have contacted Chase and the dealership for help. went to have my Subaru service for regular maintenance. They noticed a screw in my tire, but refused to fix it. saying I required new tires. My car had less than 25,000 miles on it and they thought just because I was a woman. I was an idiot and didn't know that my tires were not worn. They to rotate them or balance them they told me I new tires. Went to a tire place. They took the screw out of my tire fixed. It rotated my tires, balanced them. And stated I did not require new tires. Is there dealer anywhere in Florida? That doesn't try to milk you for money. read more

Strike two! We originally went to this dealership three years ago to buy an Ascent. We've had five Outbacks so wanted something new. Well not one person would help us. I had a bank check approved for $60,000 and not one soul would help us. We left and bought a car down the road. Recently we tried again. We entered the dealership and were greeted and told the salesperson exactly what we wanted they told us to wait outside and they would bring it up. 25 minutes later no show, no car. Left us in 90degree weather for almost a half an hour so we left again. This time traveling to another Subaru dealer to buy the car. I took my car for service today and it needs a repair that was already done under a recall but now they want to charge me 5 grand to fix the same problem! If it was a recall issue that was already fixed once then they should fix it again since it's a known existing issue. They have lost my business and loyalty. I paid about $1500 more because they have no negotiation room on used cars, I love my car, 2015 Subaru Outback Limited with 55,000 miles, but I needed to add new tires and a battery to bring it up to safe driving standards. If I could give you 1/2 star I would. So, I called because the key gets stuck in the ignition. Keep in mind that here is a Subaru Technical Bukketen issued referencing this issue. So, I ask why am I getting the run around? Apparently, the consumers word is not good enough. So, if they are unable to replicate the issue too bad too sad. No problem. Called Schumacher Subaru in West Palm Beach and it was like night snd day. Yes, we know about the issue. Are you able to bring the vehicle in on Wednesday to have the issue resolved. You bet, guess what: they did not have to replicate the issue, vehicle is in the service department being repaired. Tried to no avail to speakers with the GM Jonathan Hardie, no return call since Monday. Well, that speaks volumes. Yes, Service Manager Michael L., called but I was given the same response; has to be replicated. DYER SUBARU you have lost me trust, confidence, and most of all my business. Next some women came from another part of the dealership spouting her ignorance and bigetry.. My husband is in the military overseas right now and was appalled as well as I was at the service I received. I was in the military myself and just got back last year with disabling conditions.. i proudly served as he does now and to experience this type of bigetry in my hometown is disrespectful. The woman called me a whore and a heroine addict. I was detained in a country for a year (mia). So I have some scars that I do not appreciate being bullied for. I receive numerous communications about buying a new Subaru but scheduling for oil change for my current Outback is a joke. Their website is unable to schedule service and the voice menu when calling in is not much better. Why would I spend 45k on a new Ascent at your dealership when you can't schedule an oil change? Listen carefully to my description of the problem and explained what they would do to resolve it. Took car in on time and were done as promised. Asked if I needed anything while waiting. Clean, comfortable waiting area. Explained all work completed and washed care. Were many older customers there and advisors took time to patiently address them all. As of today I will have nothing further to do with Dyer Subaru. My Legacy was in for an oil change and tire rotation yesterday. I knew my rear tires were low at 28 pounds but figured they would be properly inflated when the rotation was done. Guess what? Today I checked them and the rear tires are still at 28 pounds!! I don't have a problem paying $93.20 for an oil change and tire rotation but I do have a problem paying for work that is not done. Now I wonder what else I have paid for that wasn't done. If I could give the service department of Dyer Subaru 0 stars I would. We had an 8:30 am appointment this morning to get a recall taken care of on our Subaru Forester. We live an hour and 15 minutes away from the dealership. At 7:45 this morning, Kyle from Dyer called to tell us that oops, they don't have the part in stock. When I made the appointment, I was assured that they had the part in stock. we had already been on the road for 30 minutes when Kyle called. we were understandably upset and Kyle was incredibly blasé about our being upset. he kept blaming the scheduling department and I had to ask him repeatedly when they would be getting the part in to fix the recall. We have bought 2 new vehicles from Dyer Subaru in the last 4 years and if you don't buy their ridiculously overpriced service plan, you are not a priority for Dyer. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I was told by one person I needed to order a windshield. I did. I was then told by another person Safelite does their windshields. I had been to Safelite's site and they were $60 cheaper. I told the person to cancel the appointment as I would go with Safelite. They did not bother to tell anyone the appointment was cancelled. I got a call asking me where was I on the day of the appointment. I called back and explained I had cancelled the appointment and why. The parts guy stated "You left me stuck with a windshield". Allison Hayes was also helpful, giving me a quick review of all the wonderful new safety features of Eyesight and Subaru navigation, which, by the way, is far superior to Honda's navigation. I knew I wanted to purchase a new Subaru Forester, but my problem was I wanted certain options such as the color and other accessories. But none of the various models from the base model to the most expensive Forester came with everything that I wanted. I checked the online inventories of several Subaru dealerships around the state in an effort to find what I wanted and contacted two out of town dealerships directly, but I had limited success.So I then decided to contact my local Subaru dealership (Dyer Subaru) and expressed my difficulties in finding what I wanted.The folks at Dyer Subaru were great in taking the time to listen to what I wanted and answering all my questions. They weren't out just to make a sale. From my initial contact with Tina (general sales manager) to Monique (Internet sales) and finally Pete (sales consultant) & Kevin (sales manager) they were all great about getting me the most in one model that I wanted and then ordering the remaining accessories. They left no stone unturned in the quest to make me happy. In the end I was able to purchase a new Limited Forester for the same price they had quoted me for a Premium (less expensive model).
