While helping my father in law with the purchase of a new vehicle, we visited several dealerships to test drive SUV's. Our final stop was Dyer Subaru. This should have been our first stop. We were quickly greeted by Collin and there was absolutely no pressure. The entire process was easy. From beginning to end, it took just over 2.5 hours to drive away with his new 2026 Outback. Great experience and make sure you stop by for a visit. read more

As a single woman did not feel pressured. All possibilities and questions were answered. I purchased a Certified Preowned and am thrilled with car. Their service department for scheduled maintenance is on time and courteous. I would not hesitate to purchase my next car from Dyer Subaru. Not to be omitted my insurance premium is less because I'm driving a Subaru. read more

Service department misses the mark. You leave messages nobody ever calls back or they call back three or four days later. They have to keep the car and awfully long time when they do have it. It's a real chore and I've never had to go through this before with any other car read more

We had a great experience at Dyer Subaru . We went shopping for a car & are very happy we had Gregg approach as on the lot. Gregg was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and not once made us feel pressured. He walked us through the whole buying process, as well as telling us all about the vehicle we were looking at. We did buy the car. Which we love ! I can honestly say it was because of Gregg's personality & his easy going, not pushy attitude that sold us! It's hard to find people who really seem to care about what they are doing. This speaks volumes to us as far as Dyer Subaru & the people they hire! read more

I brought my Subaru in for a repair that could only be completed at the dealership because of the labor involved. The day before my appointment, I noticed what appeared to be two nails in one of my tires, so I made sure to bring it to their attention when I dropped the vehicle off. Within a few hours, I received a call with a lengthy list of recommended repairs. I was also told that the tire with the supposed nails was not repairable and that all four tires were severely worn and should be replaced. I was surprised because the tires were only about a year old, had been used mainly for local driving, and were still under warranty. I declined the tire replacement and asked if they could remove the affected tire so I could take it back to the shop where I had purchased the tires while the dealership continued the other repair work. I even suggested they temporarily install my full-size spare, but I was told that would not be possible. After several days, when I picked up my car, I went directly to the tire shop where I had purchased my Firestone tires. To my surprise, the technician showed me the tire and explained that there were no nails at all--what the dealership had identified as nails were actually Florida acorns, which he simply removed. I also asked about the overall condition of the tires, and the technician confirmed they were in excellent condition, did not need replacement, and were still covered by the 50,000-mile warranty. In addition, the tire shop told me that my fluids were low, so they topped them off for me, despite having a lube, oil and filter change at the dealership. Overall, this experience left me feeling disappointed and concerned about the accuracy of the recommendations I received and the expensive repairs I was told I needed. I understand that dealerships may identify additional maintenance needs, but being advised to replace four nearly new tires over what turned out not to be nails at all significantly impacted my trust in the service experience. read more

They're happy to see you until they lose interest or already sold you the car. Go back as a returning customer and you see the disdain they have. They tried making me feel as if they were my only option. I sold my car to your competitor. And to think I once considered myself a loyal customer to Dyer Subaru in Vero Beach...only to find out the loyalty wasn't in their plan. I have the power to chose how Im going to react to that kind of disrespect. I contacted everybody at the dealership I thought would care...nope. Nobody cares. I guess that is their culture. I spent my hard earned money elsewhere. DYER SUBARU can kiss my ass. Never again. read more

Just stay away. They are big scammers. they will sweet talk you, and you will end up overpaying for the car and also all paper work will be sitting at their office for months until they decide to register or title the car, so you have no other place to deal with but them in case you want to sell the car back or so, so they can value you car way less than what you got it and end up losing more money. Just really stay away. They won't return calls, emails, or messages. They don't care if they are in compliance or not. read more

I can't say enough good things about the team at Dyer Subaru. As a family with two young kids, car buying can be stressful, but the atmosphere here is perfect. The sales manager Cody was incredibly patient. Our salesperson didn't pressure us at all, taking the time to understand our family's needs for safety and space, not just chasing a quick sale. They were friendly and transparent and very helpful. If you're looking for a local dealership that prioritizes integrity and treats your family with respect, Dyer Subaru is the only place to go. We are thrilled with our new vehicle! read more

First the salesperson was spot on. Now let talk about the Finance dept. We bought our car June 25 2025 but only picked it up on July1 2025.We had signed a contract on 06/25/2025 but when we picked it up 07/01/2025 for different reasons we sighed another contract. So as of today we have 2 different loans with Chase for the same car which of course seems like an ugly word called Fraud. I have contacted Chase and the dealership for help. THey say they are working on it.Meantime i have to accounts with Chase until they can figure it out. read more

went to have my Subaru service for regular maintenance. They noticed a screw in my tire, but refused to fix it. saying I required new tires. My car had less than 25,000 miles on it and they thought just because I was a woman. I was an idiot and didn't know that my tires were not worn. They to rotate them or balance them they told me I new tires. Went to a tire place. They took the screw out of my tire fixed. It rotated my tires, balanced them. And stated I did not require new tires. Is there dealer anywhere in Florida? That doesn't try to milk you for money. read more

Strike two! We originally went to this dealership three years ago to buy an Ascent. We've had five Outbacks so wanted something new. Well not one person would help us. I had a bank check approved for $60,000 and not one soul would help us. We left and bought a car down the road. Recently we tried again. We entered the dealership and were greeted and told the salesperson exactly what we wanted they told us to wait outside and they would bring it up. 25 minutes later no show, no car. Left us in 90degree weather for almost a half an hour so we left again. This time traveling to another Subaru dealer to buy the car. Country nice people but if you're looking for the best deal you need to shop around. I paid about $1500 more because they have no negotiation room on used cars, I love my car, 2015 Subaru Outback Limited with 55,000 miles, but I needed to add new tires and a battery to bring it up to safe driving standards. I got the car I always wanted but there were better deals Melbourne and West Palm Beach. I am disappointed they only accept 5 star reviews from customers to publish. I took my car for service today and it needs a repair that was already done under a recall but now they want to charge me 5 grand to fix the same problem! If it was a recall issue that was already fixed once then they should fix it again since it's a known existing issue. They have lost my business and loyalty. If I could give you 1/2 star I would. So, I called because the key gets stuck in the ignition. Keep in mind that here is a Subaru Technical Bukketen issued referencing this issue. So, I ask why am I getting the run around? Apparently, the consumers word is not good enough. So, if they are unable to replicate the issue too bad too sad. No problem. Called Schumacher Subaru in West Palm Beach and it was like night snd day. Yes, we know about the issue. Are you able to bring the vehicle in on Wednesday to have the issue resolved. You bet, guess what: they did not have to replicate the issue, vehicle is in the service department being repaired. Tried to no avail to speakers with the GM Jonathan Hardie, no return call since Monday. Well, that speaks volumes. Yes, Service Manager Michael L., called but I was given the same response; has to be replicated. DYER SUBARU you have lost me trust, confidence, and most of all my business. Subaru Corporate has been made aware of the issue and has filed a complaint against DYER SUBARU and has also, complemented SCH As of today, still no response from the GM. read more

Once again, the Dyer team came through for me! Days away from a 500 mile Independence Day journey, Jennifer squeezed my 2016 Outback into a packed service schedule only to discover wheel bearings on the verge of failure. My 6+ year relationship with Rob Galpin and everyone at Dyer in Vero Beach, FL, has been an outstanding, and now life-saving experience! read more

Dyer Subaru has the most unprofessional staff I have ever met. I have a 2021 Subaru Forester and was looking into a service I needed through warranty work. All I did was sit down in there shop to verify my appointment time and some gentleman asked me to leave because I looked like I couldn't afford a car like that. Next some women came from another part of the dealership spouting her ignorance and bigetry.. My husband is in the military overseas right now and was appalled as well as I was at the service I received. I was in the military myself and just got back last year with disabling conditions.. i proudly served as he does now and to experience this type of bigetry in my hometown is disrespectful. The woman called me a whore and a heroine addict. I was detained in a country for a year (mia). So I have some scars that I do not appreciate being bullied for. We will never have our car serviced at this location and expect the respect I showed. Thank you Krystal Goodwin read more

I receive numerous communications about buying a new Subaru but scheduling for oil change for my current Outback is a joke. Their website is unable to schedule service and the voice menu when calling in is not much better. Why would I spend 45k on a new Ascent at your dealership when you can't schedule an oil change? The leadership really need to get their act together. Btw, I got an oil change at Subaru of Melbourne; a lot less of a hassle and great service. read more

Great experience. Good fair price. No high pressure on the extras. I would recommend them again. Professional.

Nothing but good things to say about Dyer's service staff. Service advisor Jennifer was patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. Listen carefully to my description of the problem and explained what they would do to resolve it. Took car in on time and were done as promised. Asked if I needed anything while waiting. Clean, comfortable waiting area. Explained all work completed and washed care. Were many older customers there and advisors took time to patiently address them all. I definitely recommend servicing your Subaru there. read more

I ordered a spoiler and trunk for my Subaru through Dyer's parts department. The staff were courteous and very helpful, particularly Alex and Gary. I don't have any experience with the sales or maintenance departments, but I highly recommend Dyer's parts department. read more

I wish I had gone to any other Subaru dealership than this one. If it hadn't been for the Subaru standard of excellence I would have walked. My last car was a Subaru I had for 19 yrs so buying another car was a whole new world to me. I have NEVER been treated so badly by anyone in any sales capacity in my life! If I hadn't wanted that car so badly I would have left after the first 15 minutes. I advise anyone to shop dealerships as you would anything else. The Subaru sells itself so no worries there. The Melbourne shop is much nicer I found after the fact and folks, it's worth the extra drive! read more

As of today I will have nothing further to do with Dyer Subaru. My Legacy was in for an oil change and tire rotation yesterday. I knew my rear tires were low at 28 pounds but figured they would be properly inflated when the rotation was done. Guess what? Today I checked them and the rear tires are still at 28 pounds!! I don't have a problem paying $93.20 for an oil change and tire rotation but I do have a problem paying for work that is not done. Now I wonder what else I have paid for that wasn't done. We just bought a new vehicle from Dyer and our sales person was 5 stars / stellar / excellent. EVERYTHING after that was a total nightmare. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I was told by one person I needed to order a windshield. I did. I was then told by another person Safelite does their windshields. I had been to Safelite's site and they were $60 cheaper. I told the person to cancel the appointment as I would go with Safelite. They did not bother to tell anyone the appointment was cancelled. I got a call asking me where was I on the day of the appointment. I called back and explained I had cancelled the appointment and why. The parts guy stated "You left me stuck with a windshield". I hung up at this point! No you stuck yourself with a windshield. Neither people I spoke to know how their job! I will NOT be going to this Subaru dealer with 0 customer service! read more

If I could give the service department of Dyer Subaru 0 stars I would. We had an 8:30 am appointment this morning to get a recall taken care of on our Subaru Forester. We live an hour and 15 minutes away from the dealership. At 7:45 this morning, Kyle from Dyer called to tell us that oops, they don't have the part in stock. When I made the appointment, I was assured that they had the part in stock. we had already been on the road for 30 minutes when Kyle called. we were understandably upset and Kyle was incredibly blasé about our being upset. he kept blaming the scheduling department and I had to ask him repeatedly when they would be getting the part in to fix the recall. We have bought 2 new vehicles from Dyer Subaru in the last 4 years and if you don't buy their ridiculously overpriced service plan, you are not a priority for Dyer. We will never again buy another vehicle from Dyer. read more

I bought a Legacy here. The entire process was easy and stress free. Not your typical car buying experience. No pressure tactics or pricing games. Rob was my salesperson. He was low key, helpful, and showed me several vehicles. The dealership did a search and located the exact model and color I wanted, and it was ready in 3 business days. After completing the sales process, Rob showed me all of the basics of the computer system in my car, and helped with the initial set up of the important functions. He also called a week after purchase to make sure I was satisfied with my car, and to answer any questions I might have had. What a great experience all around! Buying my first Subaru Legacy was a pleasant experience, due mainly to sales specialist Alan Seidel and Subaru Sales Manager Chad Bierle. Allison Hayes was also helpful, giving me a quick review of all the wonderful new safety features of Eyesight and Subaru navigation, which, by the way, is far superior to Honda's navigation. When they told me to call if I had any questions or problems, they meant it, because they were very helpful in the following days when other questions came up.
