Our dog Mickey who is older had a broken tooth hanging off his gum line. They immediately accessed my dog's tooth problem giving us options. Great job Dr Shane Lee!

Even though cats are good at masking pain, he was completely fine. Mentally I know him cuz I raised him from 3 weeks when his mother admitted him. They killed him. I mean they asked on the phone but I didn't know what all from it. I'd never brought an animal. Went to the back before and had him put to sleep. So how was I still so they didn't say it and straight out plain English put to sleep instead of some weird word like ultra. If she would have told us to turn around so she could talk to us so she could explain to me specifically why she wanted to put her to sleep. It would have been better for me. Would have been better for her and I wouldn't be writing this bad review. I don't blame her. I blame Michelle. It's my fault I took green to Lee's veterinarian so therefore it is my fault. I understand. I've read everything there is to read about the damage that could have been. There might not have been a possible way saver's life but I shouldn't have had to read it. She should have explained it to me. She acted like she didn't even want us to come back to the vet. She even sent a link to my dad's cell phone so he could pay the bill without having to come back. She didn't give me the options to say goodbye to dream. I don't care if he was sedated. I raised him from 3 weeks old. He was my baby. We had an inseparable bond every night. She's jumping my right shoulder walk over to my left. Come down over my chest, lay on his back. His belly exposed and sleep all night in the crooked. Mine left on like a baby from 3 weeks all the way up until the night she disappeared. Now I have to live with the fact that I promise she might be back. I'll be. I'll be back. They're going to fix you. Be a good dreams and the fact that they won't even call him that kept calling him black cat black cat dream bream dream not black cat! Yes he was a lighthouse but his name was dream. He had his own personality and now I have to live with the rest of my life all because of their unprofessionalism. If leave veterinary was the last bit in the world, no the last that in the universe I'd run from them. Systematically hiding every animal I can find from them there's no way in there's no way in H*** I would ever take another animal up there. You have to be able to trust your vet if you truly love the animals in your life and you don't see them as pets or stupid or whatever you see them as part of your family dream was my son. I don't care if you do that. I raised him. I bottled at him. I played with him. I trained him and he was almost like a dog the way he acted. She's real easy and smart. He's one of them. He's one of them animals that are rare that you see you miraculous things in your life. Wow! I can't believe you did that. My experience leave edinarian. I can't stop crying not all the time but specific things. There were Pacific things I can't do anymore without crying and can't get it. I want my dream. It's my fault. I put the blame on myself and my mind Mike. Tell me it's not my fault but my heart says it is that is

Well finally we was taken to a room and was told the vet was just finishing up with another patient and we were next. We waited in there another 1/2 hr. Finally my daughter came into the vet's and told them we had to go she had to take her son to the doctor. Low and behold the vet came to us to see Bella. We told her we had to leave. She wanted me to leave Bella or make an appointment for her we said no ty and left. I'll find a new vet. Never going back there again.

At first only one was sick then the other smaller puppy. We had a water leak inside the wall and had rat poison in there as well. We had originally thought the rat poison had gotten in the water which had run out on the floor and they were licking it . One got well but as she was getting well the boy passed away. At the same time our 2 older puppies were getting sick as well. We are on a fixed income and had some provable hardships very recently. So we were looking to get help at this point because the older puppies hadn't gotten into the water. I called them and explained my situation and that I didn't have much money. They told me to head that way and they would help. Once services were rendered they demanded I pay at least $191 for services (no MEDS) or else they would call the police on me. I said well I wanted to set up payments , that I only had $80. I didn't have anywhere else to get money and that was all I had. So she had told me to let her go speak to the doctors. she didn't even come back in there until the nice lpoliceman they called arrived. Praise be to God he paid the remaining amount of what I owed so I could take my puppies home with meds mind you. My one puppy is now well but I'm not so sure they didn't either drop or mistreat my other one as they asked me to wait outside while they took my puppies back in to place water underneath their skin for hydration and kept him in there for a very long time as compared to the 10 or 15 minutes the other one was in and out. My male puppy isn't much better still shaking since we left there still not active and not eating.bi have contacted a attorney . I don't care if I never have another penny someone needs to get their license taken and shut them down

The first day we left the vet she declined significantly and continued declining until I took her back in. At the recheck I shared the new concerns and she was put on more meds and declined again much worse, eventually passing away. I knew it was a bad idea for many reasons to put her on steroids but I wasn't able to talk to the vet about it because my appointments were so rushed and when I would try to ask questions I would be redirected back to what I was being told instead of having a dialogue about her care. I'm devastated that coming in for a UTI ended this traumatically. The facility was nice and everyone was pleasant. The pricing was fair but it cost her her life. I hope this review encourages a little more time in appointments for pet parents to be able to voice concerns and also more consideration for how meds will affect the overall health and not just the issue. She didn't deserve to die, especially this way.
