The pre-cleaning communication and walk-through were great, and their estimate was reasonable for a first-time deep cleaning. They arrived punctually and were incredibly thorough. Their attention to detail was exceptional, as they tackled areas other services have overlooked in the past. This deep cleaning was more thorough than any I have had before. They use pet-friendly products, which is very important to me. Their sense of ownership of the task and the passion, pride, and satisfaction they derive from cleaning well were quite evident. It was clearly more than 'just a job' to them. Because of their attention to detail, the actual scope of the cleaning ended up being more than what was agreed upon in the walk-through. However, they stuck to their original cost estimate and declined the extra payment I offered for the additional work. That is impressive!
