I took one more shot and called Cricket's and thankfully Jen the owner answered and she did absolutely everything possible to try to find that part for me and even though it wasn't found she was outstanding. I will go back to Cricket's for whatever I need in amateur radio and CB electronics even though it's over two hours away for me because Jen makes that trip worthwhile. Doing what she does for her customers, serving them like a customer longs to be served Jen brings back the best in customer care. Rude therapist and rude owner. I wanted to enjoy this place so I could support a local business…read more But because I didn't know to tell them when booking that I didn't want one area massaged, she stopped until the other therapist finished that area on my friend. Apparently when you have 2 people getting a massage in the same room, the two therapists have to work in "tandem" (per my therapist). Why, I don't know. Then the owner told me after that I should've know to tell her my request when booking because full body massage means that you have to include every part of the body and that this direction is "all over their website." I have no reason to buy anything there again. Oh, and they texted the morning of the massage to push our appointment out 1.5 hours with no apology.
