Dr Smith's reception were very polite and friendly, and able to get me in the same day! Didn't spend any time in the waiting room really at all. Got evaluated by Doc, went straight to the hydro massage table, then to the massage therapist, then did my adjustment and I was on my way! Can't thank Dr Smith and his team enough!

I also wonder if they are reviewing the wrong place because anytime I have ever called Dr Smith's office I've talked to someone (not an automated service) and they've been helpful and kind. It also seemed weird that anyone would have to repeatedly call and request a bill. I've never had to beg anyone to request payment for anything. At any rate, doc smith (as everyone I know calls him) is always helpful and kind and willing to do all he can to help out. The office staff is helpful and gets us in quickly when I call.

He said that the offices were clean and well kept and the registration process was quick and easy. All the staff were really friendly and the room that he was in was like really calming. Dr. Lawyer was playing lo-fi music in the background which was really nice. He said that the room didn't look or feel sterile and medical like he expected. It was like his actual "office" with like wood and a super nice desk and it just made him feel calm. Overall great experience and he is now a regular client. The office and bathroom are always spotless. The chairs are comfortable in the waiting room, but I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. The receptionist/assistants are always so pleasant and easy to interact with.
