Hayley was our third realtor and she was absolutely fantastic. She made us feel really important, which was something we hadn't felt with previous realtors. We were also impressed with her work ethic. The second she stopped showing us one house, she was calling or texting saying "what about this one? I can set up a showing whenever." Then when it came to the showings she was always the first one there and the house was open and ready. Lastly we appreciated her honesty. She didn't bite her tongue or try and sell us on something she didn't have a good feeling about. Our new property manager James who has been our property manager for 6 months is the bar to which greenway should hold all property managers to. All calls returned if he doesnt answer when called, no questions left unanswered, all emails responded to. He is assisting in all aspects to keep our HOA running smooth. The company does the least possible and passes the book and really does ignore owners and residents…read moreabout major issues until you do things like submit complaints to the BBB and even then I've still gotten the runaround and they popped up with information about a person place or thing that I don't know of and not sure how it's connected to my HOA where I've owned my property for over 25 years and there are no amenities and you get emails that might be polite but never ever really address issues in real time like the fact their contracted workers accidentally pulled my electrical line and it just finally got resolved with that company for paying me back for paying for something that should have been taken care of when they without my electrical lines and I didn't have power and could have maybe gotten electrocuted if I'd been out on the porch touching things wondering why my AC unit had been pulled but the fact is that has been resolved because of the BBB complaint so that's all good but Greenway Realty Management just takes a lot of HOA money and barely does what they need to for the community and then says they're always out of money but it's because they put Band-Aids on major maintenance issues and don't do much preventative stuff so every review that you read is definitely from people who know because they've had to live and experience the crappy quality of environment and neighborhood that any place Greenway Realty Management has a connection with the HOA and Property Management it's just no good . And I think a lot of people are tired of it and starting to make complaints and lawsuits . If a company does good then everything is good but when they do bad then this is what happens bad reviews and complaints and future lawsuits from people who have been treated unfairly where they live and that's where we are supposed to rest and have peace and health and good quality of living .
