Her attention-to-detail with listing included: a beautiful laminated bound booklet to hand out at showings and the open house, and cute customized signs throughout the house showed whimsy and highlight positives to potential buyers. From a buyer-perspective, she is savvy about all the inner workings of a house and you can count on her to tell it like it is, negatives along with positives. Update 7/6/21 We have used Kelly yet again, this time as a buyer. We were not the easiest buyers to work with this time, taking almost a year to find an Indy house that fit our criteria and we had some job relocation bumps to navigate, cold feet, false starts, etc. Kelly was patient, continuing to advocate and steer us in the right direction. At times, she seemed to remember our wants and needs as individuals and a family when we would be tempted to forget. We now are proud owners of a beautiful Butler Tarkington home (Kelly is an area aficionado). She is just the best.

I considered investment properties vs buying a full-time residence and she guided me through the logic behind what would be needed for each. She also spent time outlining our search areas and giving us pointers on what we'd want to do with our current home if we wanted to list. She's awesome to work with. I'd recommend her highly to anyone who appreciates local history and architecture. She has in-depth knowledge of Indy neighborhoods, an understanding of local history and common building practices for older builds. Her expertise was critical in finding a property that worked for our little family. Looking forward to working with her and her team in the future. I'd highly recommend working with Kelly as a listing or buying agent. She's a blast to work with and makes what could be a stressful process easy. We're very happy with our new home and are settling in nicely.

I rely heavily on people's reviews of businesses before I decide to give them my business. I…read morewanted to write this review on T&H Realty Services because they are deserving of the recognition. I am an out-of-state investor (I live in CA) but own property in Greenwood, IN that is managed by T&H. When my business partner and I purchased this property it was managed by a different PM who we stayed with upon acquisition. After about a year of terrible service, we decided to change PM companies. We landed with T&H. At the time of this review, we've been working with T&H approx 1.5 years. I typically handle more of the repair/maintenance issues with the property and my business partner usually handles more of the admin side of things. With a construction background, I stay connected to what R&M are being done at my properties. With that said, I've dealt with and have worked a lot with Tanya Carmen, one of T&H's PM's. Tanya is responsible for the move-out and on-boarding inspections and reports and I must say, she does an incredible job. She is very thorough and has great attention to detail. When my business partner and I purchased this property, unfortunately it wasn't very 'turn key' which has made Tanya's job much more involved getting things up to their standards. Tanya is very easy to work with, has prompt communication and just an overall great person! If you are looking for a professional PM company that cares about your property and their tenants, T&H is a sound choice. James

I've invested with Ben for about 5 years and have watched his company skyrocket, which is no fluke…read moreor accident. Ben is a genuinely good, extremely hard-working person running an honest and straight-forward operation. He delivers exactly what is promised, on the timeline promised, consistently with no surprises. These negative reviews are a real shame, because each one seems to misunderstand the very nature of the wholesaling business. Ben sends a LOT of mailers to generate new client leads. That's how he is able to do such a large volume of business and ultimately offer what he does. This is not a personal affront to homeowners, simply the nature of the business. If you don't want to sell your home, throw the mailer in the trash and move along with your day. No, you will not receive retail price for your home selling as-is. What you CAN expect as a seller is a quick close generating a guaranteed amount of cash on a guaranteed date, period. That's not something that can be said of just any wholesaler. As a home buyer -- whether for flip, rental, or to purchase on contract and live in -- you can expect honesty, transparency, realistic ARV estimates and comps (not pie in the sky dreams like some companies), and professionalism throughout the process. As a cash investor you can expect payments like clockwork. I've done a number of deals with Ben and find him and every member of his team to be extremely responsive and professional. I don't work for him and have no incentive to write this review, I've just watched him grow and been quite delighted to grow right with him. Ben has a great reputation in the Indianapolis real estate community because he runs a tight operation and consistently delivers exactly what he promises.

I started the property management relationship with Rob in 2012 and everything was going well. For…read morethe last 4 years or so, it has been a struggle getting monthly statements, rent money that was paid by the tenants, or even a response to my emails/calls/texts. I have been under a tremendous amount of stress because the last time I heard from Rob was August 14, 2025 and the last time he sent me rent money from the tenant was November 10, 2025. I had lost my job for a period of time but finally found work and then my boyfriend recently lost his job. I've done my best to stay afloat and have put so much time and money into the house that I have really been working to keep it. If Rob was sending me the money from the tenant I would be fine, but I cannot afford to pay our rent and the mortgage anymore with only 1 income. The house was vacant last year and cost me quite a bit of money and I explained my struggles to Rob multiple times. He is a licensed real estate broker # RC51800090 and legally responsible to hold funds in trust when accepting them from a tenant on behalf of a property owner. He legally cannot participate in deceptive practices when doing business as a licensee. I have documented all the times I've attempted to reach him with no responses. If this happens to you, file a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General for the state of Indiana and include the license number above. They will investigate the matter and my hope is that he will do the right thing or lose his license so he cannot do this to anyone else.

Located pretty much right off the Monon, I find I can walk almost anywhere I want to go while feeling safe. My 2 bedroom apartment is bright and comfortable with vaulted ceilings in the living room and kitchen. I adore my little deck and have a bistro set, bird feeder, and plants on it. I love the gas stove/oven and the deep window sills (more plants on those). So far, all of the neighbors have been nice and quiet. I do wish I had a garbage disposal and that the stairwell was kept cleaner. Also, the tub is ugly with repairs instead of replacement of the walls/soap holders (I did my own upgrade to a high pressure shower head). However, the friendliness of the staff and prompt response to any issue makes up for the negatives. I'm in my 5th month and strongly considering renewing my lease at the end of the year.

CYM is hands down the WORST leasing company i have ever worked with. DO NOT LIVE HERE take a minute to look at when those 5 star reviews were posted. YEARS AGO. this place has obviously gone downhill since CYM has taken over. every recent review is 1 star.
