I never felt hesitant to call him for any reason, as sometimes landlords make you feel like you're putting them out by asking them to fix stuff in their own buildings. After I moved out I actually regretted not having Mr. Gebavi as a landlord. When a friend moved to Chicago a few years later I called him up and he remembered me and told me what he had available, and his prices were still reasonable for the area.
