I really wanted to like this temple, but unfortunately our experience wasn't very welcoming, especially with a young child.
The temple itself is nice and we came here for darshan and to spend some peaceful time as a family. But some of the people there were quite rude and seemed to get bothered very easily by kids just being kids. It made us feel uncomfortable instead of welcomed.
I understand that children need to behave respectfully in a temple, but at the same time, they are still children. This is how they learn about our religion and culture--by coming to the temple with their parents and being part of it.
I just wish there was a little more patience and kindness toward families with young kids. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I wouldn't consider this a very kid-friendly temple. read more
