Same issue as others. Full return and no refund. No response to call. Highly not recommended.

I placed an order may 16, 2020 have not received my mat ! Left several phone messages and emails with no response .

Yeah, horrible "customer service". Not sure this company is even still operating (or should be). I ordered my mat in April 2020 and, luckily, it actually arrived. But an enclosed note said the ball tray and mat tees would come "soon". 5 months later and two voice mail and one e-mail later (as instructed by their message that still talks about "sheltering in place" as it did 5 months ago), not tray, no tees, no return calls or e-mail, not even a "kiss my butt". I have given up on them fulfilling their part of the agreement. I did my part...they sure took my money. I feel for you Kimberly...at least I got my mat. read more
