We had dinner beforehand, so we didn't get a chance to try their menu, but the ambiance alone was absolutely superb. From the stunning decor to the amazing service, every detail was thoughtfully done. It honestly felt like I had stepped into the year 3026 lol! One thing I really appreciated was that if they didn't have the song you wanted to perform in their system, they give you the option to connect your phone directly to the screen. The audio quality was perfect, making the whole experience even better. They truly go above and beyond when it comes to celebrating special occasions. Their Happy Hour is lowkey insane -- private room from 2PM-9PM for $28/person in LA??? and the place actually looks nice too. - A Review for a Party of 2 - I've been looking for a karaoke place that hit the marks, and trust me I've tried a LOT of local ones.. Cash Box, Moxie, Luxe, FTB, O2, Spark... the list goes on, and I think I've found the one for me. Stepping into this place feels like I've stepped into a digital world. I initially asked for a tour of the rooms and each room had their own aesthetic and was stocked with party-ready acconpaniments. We were there because we saw an awesome deal: for $28/person, there's all you can sing from 2-7PM.. EVERY DAY. Weekends included! You also get one free drink too. As it was just me and a friend, we got a cozy small room. We were taught how to work the side panel to queue up songs, given a really neat bowl of ice that served as ambient table lighting, and was set on our way. Since my friends like the less-popular songs, we asked if we could use some sort of YouTube queueing system to which they set up for Airplay/Smartcasting for us. Exactly what we needed! The room acoustics were great and the mic was balanced wonderfully. One awesome bonus in our room was a corner that had one of those old-timey standup mics, which offered a bit of showmanship if that strikes your fancy. We also got some chicken wings! They were actually quite delicious (even if a bit expensive) - it most likely is just air-friend buffalo chicken, but after four hours of singing it was a welcome energy booster. The service there was also a highlight. I think we were helped by Haoran - they were super attentive and also very nice. Maybe it's because of the forced 18% gratuity, lol. In conclusion, due to its decor, distance, price, service and special, this is my #1 choice when wanting to sing. I hope the quality keeps up as they open for longer but I genuinely wish them the best. A lot of thought was put into this place! See you again!! read more

Aweful experience, never coming back. Went there for a birthday party and the service was unorganized, late, and rude. First, they didn't translate the music menu to English which left everyone waiting 30mins. This is after having this event booked ahead of time. Aside from the food being over priced it came out late. And when it came out there was this disdain attitude for us asking when the food would arrive. At some point there was water accidentally spilled on the floor. I informed management to only have him literally ignore me. One of the waiters standing next to him said he would take care of it, after the awkward silence of his boss ignoring me next to him. After all that there was never any attempt to make things right when payment was made. Gratuity is included (I imagine bc of the size of our group), which is why they couldn't care less about customer service to guests. The actual location is oddly situated in the mission district with its neon interior. The floor of our room was sticky and unclean. Again, asking for assistance to have the floor cleaned seemed to upset management. The bathroom was not any better, piss on the women's toilet seat and no paper towels to dry hands. I didn't say anything about the bathroom, not after all the attitude management already dished out. I wouldn't be surprised if they say these are false accusation bc they clearly are running this business through their perspective and not their guests. read more

Honestly didn't expect a karaoke place in LA to look like THIS The moment we walked in it felt more like a Vegas lounge or somewhere in Asia than a regular KTV spot. Neon lights everywhere, futuristic decor, giant screens, and the whole space just felt super high-end. The rooms were really clean and looked brand new too. Sound quality was honestly one of the best parts -- mics sounded clear, music was loud without sounding messy, and the bass actually hit. Service was super solid the whole night. Staff came fast whenever we needed help and everyone was really nice and patient explaining how everything worked. Food was surprisingly good too. We ordered fries, skewers, popcorn chicken, and noodles thinking it'd just be basic karaoke food, but everything actually tasted fresh. We also went during Happy Hour and paid $28/person from 2PM-7PM, which feels super worth it for the experience. Definitely one of the most fun spots I've been to lately. Honestly surprised we have a spot like this in San Gabriel. Walked in and immediately noticed how clean and well kept the rooms are. The whole setup feels premium and the vibe is just right for a fun night out. We came as a group of eight and everyone had a blast. The drinks were fresh and ice cold which is exactly what you want when you are singing your heart out for hours. The atmosphere was great and the staff kept things running smoothly. The only reason I am not giving five stars is the food. It came out a little cold and did not quite hit the mark for me. If you are someone who really cares about the food side of things you might feel the same way. That said if you are coming here for karaoke and drinks with friends this place is pretty much perfect. They've got a great variety of food to choose from. Unfortunately, you can't even bring your own water. The staff is super attentive and takes good care of us.
