Kellin has impeccable one-on-one customer support, where you can speak with a human, and get whatever issue resolved in a timely / friendly manner. We have had very few (emphasis on "very few") issues with Kellin over the years (most were the fault of outside causes like cut cables), and when researching the competition and learning how difficult it is to reach them, and are slow to respond (especially after the initial sale has completed), we are most assuredly staying with Kellin Communications.

I had no issues with Kellin previously, and I told them that when I called to cancel. I made an appointment to have them come and pick up the old device and told them to take my final payment out so my contract could be closed out. My appointment came and went on Wednesday, which I cleared my entire day to be available. I call, they say they have the appointment for Friday. Fine, I wait all day Friday and no one shows up. I email them Monday, they say someone should be there Tuesday. Now we're to Wednesday and still no one has shown up. I have never missed a payment. I have never complained. I have been nothing but nice the one or two times I had connection issues because their tech support was very helpful. What I don't understand is why they can't handle coming and grabbing a single device and being done with it. I already unhooked and packed the parts from the house, and I told them so. I don't know if they're retaliating because I'm canceling or if it's just incompetence, but this is my warning to avoid Kellin unless you want an absolute headache when you go to cancel.

It seems like a huge waste to spend all that money trenching an entire neighborhood for fiber and then create another barrier for the very customers you're trying to win over. If the goal is to take business away from Xfinity, charging $300 to get started is a pretty terrible sales strategy.
