My daughter really bonded with them, and was able to thrive once she established that bond. You can tell that they care about the kids. The front office staff is always friendly, and helpful. The whole staff over all was great throughout out time with them. I couldn't recommend them any more.

WARNING: I would not trust this physical therapist with my child…read more Maya Kirpalani evaluated my minor son and documented in her own physical therapy assessment that "right lower leg edema was noted." I was not informed of that finding when she observed it. I did not learn about it until nearly a year later, when the report surfaced in records connected to an OAH due-process case. Think about that for a moment: a physical therapist documented edema in a child's leg and the parent was not told. I was not given the opportunity at the time to take my son to his physician, ask questions, or decide what medical follow-up was appropriate. That decision belonged to me as his parent. I also made repeated attempts to contact her office afterward to discuss my son and obtain information concerning his assessment. My calls were not returned, and getting information about my own child has continued to be unnecessarily difficult. A parent should never have to discover a potentially significant physical finding almost a year later in litigation records. Writing something in a report is not a substitute for communicating an important finding to the parent of a minor child. The lack of communication, follow-up, transparency, and basic professional responsibility in my son's case was unacceptable. I would not recommend Maya Kirpalani to another parent. EVER!

I…read morecame onto service in February of this year but in June, Manuel picked up on a few pain issues that were not been addressed by the team during prior assessments. He moved forward with back xrays and noted on an incidental finding of what appeared to be a liver lesion extending to surrounding structures. To think what this COULD have been, makes me shutter. This could have been liver or pancreatic cancer, which if found early, could have improved prognosis greatly. Luckily for me it turned out to be a liver cyst but Manuel's keen eye and dedication to leave no stone unturned is amazing. It truly shows his solid knowledge set and medical skills far superior to his peers across all specialties. I find myself in utter amazement of my care by this highly skilled professional

Did not wait too long before a seat became available. 10 minutes after that, I was called into one of the exam rooms. Overall, my visit totaled a little over an hour. A lot faster than I thought it would be. The doctor who helped me was terrific. The employee who had me conduct all the physical tests was cool. In fact, all the staff members who assisted me were quite nice and professional. Good job CVO!!

Not only was he very thorough and willing to educate, but it was also a very short wait every single time (if a wait at all.) Although the waiting room can look a little intimidating by the amount of patients, I was always in and out. The time I had during my appointments were utilized well and efficiently. I never had a bad experience with any of the staff here and I was always made to feel comfortable and had confidential privacy as well. I can say that after my treatment with both Dr. Romer and Dr. Heiss as well; I feel significantly better and feel equipped with more knowledge of how to avoid what led me here in the first place! Dr. Romer's "dad jokes" were always just an added bonus Extra shoutout to Clarissa (Dr. Romer's scheduler) She's amazing! Even came a donated blood at my work again (at Houchin Blood Bank) after having conversations about it during my visits. As well as Dr. Heiss' Medical Assistant. All around a great experience with caring people!!
