Thanks "medical professional" Heidi M who has magical powers allowing her to evaluate so quickly and easily diagnose and rule out the need to see her doctor right there over the phone in just a few minutes. Needless to say, she did not allow me to schedule to see her Dr. She knows best because she has been his assistant for many years.

The waiting area was very crowded, and because all of the available seating was taken, we were standing in an open area where there seemed to be enough room for everyone to move around comfortably. At one point, a staff member, who I assume was the chiropractor based on the room he came out of said, "Excuse me." We immediately stepped aside to give him space. However, he then spoke to us in what came across as a very rude and dismissive tone, saying something along the lines of, "Can you guys like move out of the way, like move away from here? This is our workspace. Give us room." We were not being disruptive or disrespectful, and we would have gladly moved if asked politely. The issue was not the request itself, it was the way it was delivered. Customer service and professionalism matter, especially in a healthcare setting where patients and their families should feel welcome and respected. I understand that staff need access to their work areas, but there are courteous ways to communicate that. A simple, polite explanation would have accomplished the same thing without making us feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. Unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression of the office.

Jessica the bully got my insurance card and ID and disappeared for 23 minutes then she decided to have me come sign the paperwork so now we are past my start time for my scan. I get to the scan area and the assistant finally comes to do his menial job of asking the redundant questions and then I have to change into the gown and pants that are made for a 600 pound man. By this time it is 6:30 pm 15 minutes past my start time for the scan. I'm waiting and waiting no one comes to get me so I start yelling out can someone tell me what is going on and the assistant plays dumb and says he doesn't know. Finally at 7 pm the technician comes and doesn't apologize for being so late. He was rude. It is absolute bullshit to arrive 30 minutes early and have your appointment start an hour late yet I was there for an hour and a half before the scan actually started. This is the second time I have had a shitty experience with this place. They could have told me they were running late. They could have offered me water and they could have killed me with kindness instead of treating me like I was the one who caused their lateness. They don't care about the patient at all. Negative stars for this facility!
