I've never heard of Budget, their headquartered in India. They sure didn't impress me. Panache: UPS doesn't have it. Their new method makes one attempt at home delivery. After that they drop your package, box or envelope, WITH YOUR VERY PERSONAL AND PRIVATE INFORMATION ON THE PACKAGE, INCLUDING YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER...at one of their access locations. Which could be a dive restaurant, funky unestablished overnight so-called business, usually in a bad part of town. Where any number of people can view your private information. Then you, the recipient, has to drag your butt to whatever shady location, show your driver's license or ID to these strangers to prove who you are, risk getting mugged or car-jacked, get your box, package or envelope and make your way home by car, bus or walking. Wow! Remember that whoever shipped you that package paid UPS a lot of money to get that package delivered to you....but UPS only tried once. And you had to pick up your package. DHL? Whatever happened to them? FedEx - Not quite perfect BUT the best so far.

I was paying for convenience. My 18-year old son was home for the delivery. The men brought the set in, and my son asked if they were going to put it together. They said, "Installation is $20 extra." They left with the legs of the sofa in bags and all the plastic on the furniture. I've already spoken to Big Lots and told them they might want to find another person. If you receive a card for these services, beware. You'll be better off renting a small truck from U-Haul and doing it yourself.

The store was clean and had a variety of shipping supplies inside. According to the advertisement on the exterior of the business they offer copying services, faxing services, USPS services, and stamps. When I checked in on Yelp a coupon for 10% popped up. The clerk was friendly and made sure to ask if I wanted a receipt while dropping off my package. I would go back if I was in the area and needed any of these services.

When the dumpster was delivered, I was inside my home when I heard the truck. I ran outside and the driver was parked exactly where I requested the dumpster placed.
