Just 4 mos before I was told it was in excellent condition. Now I'm told even drive belt is in critical need of replacement. Uh? I decided to get another opinion at the The Fort Lee Getty on Palisade Ave, Ft. Lee. I just drove in to ask how much they would charge to check the belt, since that seemed the most critical. The owner, I believe that is Effie, came to my car, popped the hood, looked and said: 'You don't need a new belt.' And then he pointed to the belt to show me it had no signs of damage/wear and needn't be replaced before 60K miles!. He even went on to state other unnecessary services dealers may recommend. He got them all right! Like a psychic! I think he just knows their routine. He asked for nothing. I will be making my next service appts at Ft. Lee Getty on Palisade Ave.

I had a flat tire from the night before and then also suddenly received a coolant alert in the morning. Not only did they put my spare tire on and refill the coolant without charging me, but they also called the nearby Mavis Discount Tire to confirm they had a replacement tire for me and got me an appointment for the very same morning! So glad they are in my neighborhood!

Time will tell if the repair was a complete success, but the experience itself was fine.
