1 star was the lowest I can give, I absolutely despise this location. It is the one that is conveniently located on my way to work, but customer service is always a hit or miss. They never give me my stickers on sticker day, and when I'm the one to ask for them, the "Broistas" serve the ugliest looks. Ooh sorry! The drive through line is always long (obviously Dutch has great beverages) but employees don't enforce right of way which creates frustration when you're waiting in line for 20+ minutes and 4 cars cut the line. I would recommend going to the location closer to the Walmart, they're fast, friendly and actually seem to enjoy their job. read more

I just wanted a sugary pick-me-up... what I got was a ration of snark. I went and sat in a line that was somewhat confusing. A young person approached my window and said little more than "What do you want?" Not exactly the high energy, friendly greeting I expected, but ok, it's cold and wet out and I'm sure that's no fun. I ordered a large iced rebel ocean water. I wish I could describe the look I got. The young person banged it into her little machine and scolded, "If you ever order that again it is called a BLUE OASIS." Ok sheesh... She took my money... how much was that? Ouch! When I finally got to the pickup window, the young person handing me my drink had it ready and all that was said is, "We call this a blue oasis if you get it in the future..." not "hi", not "thanks", not "how are you", just scolding me for ordering an Ocean water. I looked it up and yeah, it's what I wanted... but why the name matters so much is beyond me... Sigh. Sorry to have made such an issue for a $7 drink. Time to go back to water. Two stars only because it tasted good and despite the line I only waited about 8 minutes. read more

We've really enjoyed interactions at this Dutch Brothers overall and all of the staff has always been friendly and fun. It seems that there is one employee however that is a bit too comfortable with her position inside the Dutch Bros. Hut. She sits in her shorts on the window frame with her tennis shoes and butt on the window edge to talk to the drive up customers. It's not very professional or sanitary. We waited quite awhile while she visited with a guy in a truck at the window. The next visit she was again perched on the window shelf and after repeating my order 2x it came in a size larger than ordered. Not the end of the world - but not what our usual experience has been. To all the other staff - sorry for the complaint. You guys make my day when I come thru. read more

This is the Dutch Bros on Main Street in beautiful Lebanon, Oregon. Yes, the drive-through situation is a bit odd! You need to turn on Main Street or turn from Milton Street and drive in a loop to get in line. I have never had a bad experience here. Today someone that turned in from Milton after we had entered from Main was served before us, and the young lady chatted with them for a bit, but if that's the worst thing that happens today, we're in good shape. The young man that works the window closest to Milton has a bad attitude and it's amusing to listen to him to complain to co-workers. The coffee is very good if you enjoy sweet coffee but what sets Dutch Bros apart from their competition is their service. Their baristas must never have a bad day! It's almost annoying sometimes how friendly they are. The only negative I can give is that they don't have a drip coffee available. I ordered a black coffee for my dad one day and I think it was an Americano and those just aren't very good without some cream. Overall though I really appreciate their business model and their focus on service. read more

Worst place to get coffee ever!! Instead of making orders, they were kissing on each other. We ordered, paid and waited for our coffee as usual. Then we get asked if anyone took our order yet. They not only lost the order, but no one was making it after it was taken. Then they wanted us to pay again. Too many damn cooks in the kitchen. There were 4 people in that tiny space. Usually service is ok, but yesterday I was waiting behind other cars to move up to drive through window when one the female employees unintelligently approached my car to take my order which would have been fine except my dog doesnt appreciate having strangers approach the car. The young lady didn't move back she just stood next to my window while my dog was going crazy. Very stressful. They should carry dog treats with them if they are going to approach cars to take orders. When I got up to the window they didnt make the right drink. The young lady put in my order incorrectly and so I still had to sit there and wait. The person who made my drink acted irritated and intentionally made my drink extra hot and did not put a paper cozy or hand protector on it. It took about 20 minutes for my drink to cool down enough to hold the cup. All in all very poor experience. I will not be going back there.. the kids all act rude and entitled . If the company wants to do better tell the entitled employees to carry dog treats!!! Especially upon approaching vehicles!!! read more

I've just recently became a big dutch bros fan. The baristas are very good at introducing you to new drinks and making you a special mix of flavors if you want to mix it up. Theyre so friendly and very quick! I have yet to have a bad dutch experience. A lot of the coffee is too sweet for me, but their sugar free iced caramelizer is delicious! read more
