Great coffee and great service. I go to the Dutch Bros on FM407 in Flower Mound and it is fantastic. Much better that the Star coffee place.

Cerulean Blue Coffee House - cappuccino and latte

So happy I stopped in- the baristas are incredible! They helped me decide on the perfect pick-me-up…read more(iced roasted caramel latte with sea salt cold foam), and then crafted it perfectly (with my darn food allergies in mind). The atmosphere is very quiet and serene, which fits their ocean theme to a T. Will definitely be back when I'm in need of a solid, chill coffee spot!

Overall, a very cute, pretty, nice, and semi-quiet place to hang out or meet up…read more Coffee: I can't lie,e their espresso is very mild and non-acidic; the espresso machine pulled clean, non-burned shots, which I am very grateful for. The cappuccino I got was actually refreshingly good. My husband's coffee is always good; they had a marshmallow/smores latte, and he absolutely loves it. I also tried a matcha latte, and that was smooth and not super earthy. Food: Decent. I would not say 10/10, but maybe 6.7/10 overall; their breakfast sandwiches are okay, ciabatta is good, egg is decent, bacon is fine, but when it comes to avocado, they put one small slice of avocado; honestly, you can't even notice it's there. That's my complaint about their breakfast sandwiches. However, I tried the turkey club with sweet potato fries, and that was actually nice. Overall, food is not their strength; coffee and atmosphere are. Service is super friendly and quick; we will come back and have some more delicious coffee. P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/ service impress me, I'll be happy to come back. If not, the stars reflect that.

I need more stars and I need one of these closer to where I live immediately…read more The parking lot has plenty of spaces, it's easy to find, the employee at the counter is the sweetest soul, I wish I'd gotten their name- but if you see an airplane tattoo on their forearm just know their hospitality knows no bounds. The menu is vast and everything I tried was delicious. If you're curious or iffy on any juices they'll give you samples. The kitchen was fast and my food was not only beautiful but everything paired very well with each other. I tried my friends choices (of course) and they were both great! I am SO glad we stopped in here. I love an easy/light breakfast- and had a hard time choosing my juice, they were all so tasty! GREAT GREAT SPOT!!!

We came here for brunch on Sunday as a family of four and had a really great experience! When we…read morefirst walked in, we were worried we might not be able to get a table because it was so busy, but luckily a family was getting up just as we arrived, so we were able to sit down right away. My daughter has a gluten allergy, so I spoke with someone at the front about their gluten-free precautions. They were able to reassure me that they use a separate toaster, prepare her food separately, and change their gloves. That was such great news and immediately made me feel much more comfortable. My daughter ordered the Four Cheese Italian Toast, while we also tried the smoked salmon toast and avocado toast. The smoked salmon toast was our favorite of the three. The Italian toast was good, although not quite as impressive as the others. I think the jam ended up making it a bit too sweet for a savory toast. We also got juices for the kids, and I had a cold brew that was really good. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I'm so happy to have another place in the area that can accommodate our gluten-free girl! It makes such a difference to have a restaurant that takes gluten allergies seriously and makes you feel comfortable dining there as a family. We'll definitely be back!

I've been to Grutogi Bistro several times now, and it's such a cute spot inside,…read more perfect for lunch or brunch! The Salted Cloud Cold Brew and Grapefruit Chiller are two of my favorites, and the Golden Garlic Chicken Panini was so yummy. The seasonal donuts are amazing, so definitely save room for one! The avocado toast was my least favorite. It looked beautiful, but I wanted more flavor. The Lemon Pink Hibiscus Chiller was too sweet for my taste, and the salted cookie was just okay. Overall, still five stars from me! I've found plenty that I love and will happily keep coming back for the coffee, chicken panini, and those donuts!

Seating is cute and unusual for American restaurants but still fits the whole image of the place. If I had to find one thing I would improve upon, it would be the espresso machine, not because they need a better one but because they don't have it, they use a different type of coffee than the rest of the shops around, nothing wrong with it, their latte is still great but i like no sugar drinks so i usually opt in for their incredible teas. I tried multiple different sandwiches at their bistro, and all of them are so unique and great that each of them have their own place in your daily meals. Their brisket sandwich was juicy and tender, there is turkey club was so warm and melty; the chicken salad sandwich is refreshing for hot summer days; we also tried chicken panini, which was also very comforting. My favorite of all of this is their breakfast sandwich with aioli and egg, heavenly. Overall, one of the best places I have been to in Texas so far! P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/ service impress me, I'll be happy to come back. If not, the stars reflect that.

Place just opened so of course it is clean…read more Menu is very simple. Certainly there's nothing wrong with doing traditional foods but at the same time a lack of creativity with nothing really new. To go along with that theme it's just basic blocking and tackling when it comes to Vietnamese food with a lack of deep soulful flavor. They don't have tripe, nor did the waiter seem to recognize what that is. I don't know what to make of the service as on the one hand I believe they're trying to be helpful explaining the menu. But on the other hand, it felt like they were watching over me like a hawk for whatever reason while I was eating. About $22 for a bowl of pho ($16) and egg rolls ($6) seems to be on the high side given the lack of taste. Ironically, I feel like the place that occupied this space prior went out of business for mediocre food and high prices. The place is new so maybe a return trip at sometime might yield better results, but for now I would say there are better Vietnamese places albeit another 10-15 minutes away.

This place is just alright. Pho is all about the broth and this venue uses the same broth (chicken,…read moreI think) for all varieties of pho. That was disappointing since it doesn't enhance the type of meat/seafood you selected. Avoid the rib meat pho - it's very fatty. I tried the fish pho and the fish didn't taste fishy at all. The broth can use more flavor. The one thing I liked about Blazing Lotus' pho is that they didn't seem to use MSG. Price point is a bit steep and it may be due to the restaurant being open only a few months. The menu suggests they are still under "soft opening" so there's a chance they can increase prices even more. Venue is nicely decorated and clean. Great place to try once if you're new to this type of food. But there are other places with better price point and flavor. Service was ok. The server was very nice and respectful. We did have a challenge ordering our dishes when we asked for no onions and they seemed to miss the memo.
