The staff were super friendly and upon mentioning it was our first visit helped up clarify any questions we had! It gives off cool, vibrant snack shack in the best way! There is outdoor picnic tables for the nicer days and indoor there are a couple seats for waiting. Definitely give this a try if you're looking for a refreshing, light, and energizing snack, meal, or beverage.

Really enjoyed all three drinks I tried here! I got the Banana Matcha, Strawberry Coconut Milk…read moreMatcha, and Glow Juice, and everything tasted incredibly fresh and thoughtfully made. They use ceremonial-grade matcha, and you can definitely taste the quality. None of the drinks had that overly sweet, syrupy flavor that some matcha drinks can have. The Banana Matcha was probably my favorite. The banana flavor tasted so natural and not artificial at all, with a really prominent banana flavor that paired surprisingly well with the matcha. The Strawberry Coconut Milk Matcha was also delicious. The strawberry flavor tasted natural, and the coconut milk was so good with the matcha. It made for a really smooth and refreshing combination. The Glow Juice tasted freshly made and full of fresh flavor. I especially liked the strong ginger flavor--it gave the juice a nice kick without being overwhelming. Overall, you can really taste the freshness and quality in these drinks. Definitely worth trying if you're a matcha or fresh juice person!

My partner and I decided to make the drive out to Fruitbox and we were not disappointed! I ordered a Diablito, an ice-y drink with your choice of fresh fruit (I had mango) and covered with chamoy and tajin, both spicy, tart condiments. Added a long side all of this was a tamarind candy straw that was also covered in more spicy, tart powder. My partner ordered an Angelito, an ice-y drink with your choice of fresh fruit (he had strawberry) and covered in sweetened condensed milk and coconut. His drink was the polar opposite of mine: sweet and fruity. Both drinks were refreshing and the service was quick and friendly within the restaurant. It almost seems as though the establishment is too large, but perhaps on the weekends it gets busier and can fill up. The menu has something for everyone, whether health-conscious or not. From fresh squeezed fruit juices to milkshakes, smoothies and everything in between, give Fruitbox a try!

The Veggie Bowl was impressive. The bowl contained a variety of tasty ingredients that are individually prepped and artfully combined. Even the seemingly plain slices of cucumbers were marinated in rice wine vinegar, lime juice and sea salt. A welcome pop of acidity that made the veggie bowl very balanced with the richness of the house made tahini sauce. YUM! For $9 + $2.75 add grilled chicken... I'd order this again and it didn't really need the chicken. Without grilled chicken this would be the perfect VEGAN meal. Its always a great experience (and great coffee), but today I witnessed something extremely worth sharing. When I pulled up to the stand, I was met with a very friendly "hello, I'll be right with you!" from Jaden. She was quickly servicing the window across the way where I hear an impolite and incredibly rude voice by another customer across from me at the window. Not only was the customer rude, but had the audacity to demand Jaden give him a free drink for his inconvenience and being late to work (how about, if you don't have time for coffee you don't stop for it instead!). Jaden did such an amazing job staying calm and nice to the customer who quite frankly did not deserve it one bit! She made his coffee quick and kept a smile on her face. When the man sped off with his drink, calling her the 'B' word and saying "wait until I leave you a bad review"... she didn't bat an eye. she greeted me at the window, quickly apologizing for the interaction I overheard and letting me know she was the only team member in there today and she promised to move quick. Such a sweet girl!!!! Jaden made me realize today that I chose the right coffee stand to give my business to. Not only is the coffee great, but the people who work here are some of the best people. This is the kind of stand I was hoping to find next to our new home!! All that to say... be a freaking nice person! If you dont have time in your day to stop for coffee... DONT! Instead harassing a sweet and friendly customer service team member, go back to bed and see if you wake up on the other side without that stinky attitude. These people do not deserve it, go give your business and crappy demeanor to someone else! Sincerely, Your newest regular customer
