They pay keen attention to your needs, and will advise you with their years of expertise. Sure, there are a lot of cabinet shops in town, but there are also a lot of companies doing shoddy work, or worse - disappearing with your deposit. Legacy is NOT that kind of company. I saw one bad review - and that just doesn't make sense. Not a single person I've sent there has anything but stellar comments about the work they produce, whether it's freestanding furniture for a home, built-ins that require tricky installation, or commercial pieces for restaurants, offices, salons and more. Thankfully, I found Pololu's site online; Arthur and the team there made the process easy and cost-effective. They walked me through the entire process and told me exactly how to select the right image and send them the objects for engraving. What a relief for someone with no prior knowledge! They responded quickly to emails, kept me up-to-date on progress, and the engraving was finished in a day or two. When I got it back, I was blown away by how good it looked that I showed it off around the office. The cost was less than $50 for a 8.5"x11" engraving, a better price than all of the other places I heard about.
