Angie Nola Maids - Texts with the owner. Total rip-off!

Where do I start? Angie and her crew are legit lifesavers. I use them 1-2X per week for a short…read moreterm rental. But let me first tell you how my relationship with them began. Three years ago, my regular cleaners told me that they could no longer work with me (moving out of town). I interviewed a few companies, but Angie really impressed me because I could tell she was organized and committed to providing a top notch service. At the same time, however, I had a friend who cleaned homes and was in need of a job, so I alternated between her and Angie's crew. Angie always could help me out in a pinch and her cleaners are super fast but very thorough (the benefit of having a team of cleaners rather than one person of course). I used her services sporadically throughout the past three years and she always came through for me, even tried her best when she was completely booked. This is crucial when you are relying on income from a STR and need last minute reservations when they come through. When my friend gave her notice this past spring, I actually felt like it was going to be ok, because I had a company that had proven themselves to be dependable and loyal to their customers. Angie and her crew have been my regular cleaners ever since and will be henceforth! The best!

We're good about cleaning regularly but it's hard to keep up with those suckers. Angie's team makes it like new every time. They're thorough and it feels so good to be in the house after they've finished their work. I've used their services multiple times and will continue. Thank you!

Our house has a ton of ground level storage that was filled to the brim with, well, clutter. Basically, I had been acquiring stuff my whole life, and just moving with it, never downsizing. It reached an overwhelming and unsustainable level. The issue was compounded when my parents cleaned out their own home and literally shipped me boxes of family mementos I had no idea what to do with. We're talking floor to ceiling packed boxes that needed to be gone through. Stasia has absolutely found her calling. First, the results: in an unbelievably short amount of time, she helped me get down to about 1/10th of the original amount of stuff, maybe less. Every item I own is now something I have actively chosen. Second: Nothing goes to waste. Most of my stuff was in great condition and usable, just does not have a place in my life. Stasia personally hauled everything like that to Bridge House, and helped me freecycle the rest. She also could have helped me sell some of my items, but I chose not to go that route. Third: Stasia does the hard labor! She was able to move things I couldn't, strip some obsolete text books I wasn't strong enough to strip so that they could meet city standards for recycling (which she researched), etc. Fourth: Stasia makes everything unbelievably easy. I have ADD and am basically incapable of any level of organization. She establishes piles, then boxes, hauls, and disposes of items as I sort them. Stasia is also great at keeping me focused, knowing where to start, and basically everything else I am personally terrible at. She literally even made sure I was drinking enough water while working hard. Fifth: Stasia is totally not judgmental. There have been moments in our work together that I have felt a little insane struggling with whether or not to part with certain items, but she's totally unflappable. I have a feeling she's seen it all. Sixth: The experience is empowering. Stasia will not express an opinion unless asked (and sometimes even then) as to whether something should be kept, but creates an environment in which it is comfortable and possible for you to make efficient decisions for yourself. Clear the Clutter isn't just worth the money, it's actually an excellent value. I can't recommend this service enough!

Just do it! My sister broke a few bones (I contend her…read moreclutter may have contributed to her falls.) Based on reviews and initial phone conversation we booked a session. Halfway into the session we booked two more. After those two we booked two more! I'll let Stasia post before/after photos!

# CONSIGNORS BEWARE…read more Okay, so I need to share my experience with Occasional Wife because this is honestly wild... The TL;DR? Their sticker system is a DISASTER and it's costing consignors money. Here's what's happening: They use these flimsy price tags/ID stickers that literally just... fall off? And when that sticker falls off, POOF -- your item becomes a ghost. No tracking number = no payment for you. The store just keeps 100% of the sale. I've personally seen MULTIPLE items sitting there with zero identification. No price, no consignor number, nothing. When you ask about it? "Oh, the sticker must've fallen off ‍" Like... THAT'S the system?? This isn't a one-time oopsie -- this is a pattern. And it's honestly unacceptable when real people are trusting this business with their valuable items. **Kay (the owner) -- if you're reading this:** Your entire business model depends on consignors trusting you with their stuff. But how can we trust a system where our items can literally become untraceable because of a bad sticker? Your consignors are literally filling your store with inventory. We deserve better tracking than "sorry, sticker fell off, guess it's ours now! " **Bottom line for anyone thinking of consigning here:** There's a very real chance your item will lose its ID and you'll never see a dime. You might as well be donating your stuff for free. Please, PLEASE invest in better stickers or a better tracking system. This shouldn't be that hard to fix. #OccasionalWife #SmallBusinessAccountability

They should be clear boxes that are lighter and easier to manipulate. I paid more than enough for this service. I did not post the photo of the hot mess of a workshop that I have to organize when I am well enough that they did not do a good job of. It's not even neat and clear.
