We are a week from the last appt, the office staff said the person who does referrals is out of office so he can't get the refer yet until the person is back. I pointed out that once they put it in it still takes the insurance a while to approve it on their end then get an appt. They said they can cancel his next appt. So if you don't want the quality of your care effected by the offices inability to find sufficient coverage go somewhere else!

When I had it done, he told me he was going to go deep and it lasted a bit more than a year. They don't keep good records and gave me different prices when I went in for 2 follow-up consultations.
