Instead of helpful technicians, I got stuck with a phone rep reading from a script. The owner came on and his gruff way spoke loudly to how under-appreciated our loyalty is; meant nothing to them. I then followed up with a phone call asking them to please call me after the flowers were delivered so I could call my grandmother. If I don't call her right away, she'll forget that they were received and tell me "no, I didn't get any flowers." God bless her, she's 95. The driver delivered the flowers then called the shop who then called me in San Francisco. He was just leaving my grandmother's driveway when I called her to confirm the flowers. So he didn't deliver the flowers! He tried the next day and finally found it. Even though on my mailbox has the numbers on it.. It takes a special kind of person to not be able to find a house. The flowers seemed like they were the ones about to die and they just threw them in a vase. It looked nothing like what I ordered l, wrong colors and flowers and extremely small, even though I ordered the XL flowers. I called the third party vendor and had this flower shop make me a new bouquet. This one was better.. but for the pretty penny I paid for these, definitely not worth it.
