The part that was splitting away was pointed at our house and if it fell it would have covered the front part of our house doing pretty significant damage. I set about calling tree services and spent a restless night worrying the wind was going to finish the job. After not getting any xall backs on Saturday morning, I called Dan from Teee Tactics after giving up on the other services. He returned my call within minutes and an hour later ,on a Saturday, was in my driveway. He was able to get up there and secure the trunk with rope until he could return with his lift truck to put in new cabling in the appropriate spot. By 430 he was done, our tree was saved and our house safe. I already have him coming back to do some trimming and removing another dead tree. I am a small business owner myself and I cannot express how happy I am to receive the type of service I provide my customers.

It took him a month after he said he'd finish laying sand to actually come to our house and do it. When he was done, the sand was at a fairly steep angle. When, I told him I needed the land level, he said he made it angled on purpose to drain water. I asked him to level it and he said that no where in the contract did it state that the area for the pool had to be level. He just came and got his equipment after 2 weeks of leaving it in my yard, and he left all of the huge sand bags that he used. I joked with my girlfriend that even though I put the sand bags right in the bucket of his equipment he would probably just leave them in our yard which of course, he did. He also put a road in to get his equipment up to the pool area and left it in. That road now dumps water on to my driveway which freezes. He said he could fix that problem for another 6 thousand dollars. One day he was smoking marijuana on the job which might explain why he took out a piece of my garage and threw a tantrum where he was yelling at and kicking his trailer. I would not use this company again. I showed my Supervisor who needed some landscaping done, the work he did and he thought it was really nice. Then I told him the down side to using this company and instead of driving business to this company, I unfortunately had to strongly advise against using them.

Too bad their recall of the facts faded so much with the passage of time! I left my original review after a week elapsed between my reaching out via phone and text to both Tiffanie and John. The following morning at the start of business, Tiffanie began psycho-calling and texting me, leaving hysterical voice messages and sending repeated texts. Suddenly, she had plenty of time on her hands. I was forced to block their numbers in order to stop the harassment and to be able to continue with my own business day.

My property is hard property, hills, weed growth etc. I ended up having to weed wack my paremers on my own. They would not weed wack certain areas of my property. Over cut my lawn. Cut down low every week. I ended up shoveling driveway myself because they forgot me. Finally gave up when they put off cleaning my property for fall cleanup because I wanted leaf cleanup and haul away. It snowed and I still wanted full haul away not just leaf blowoff when melted, did not like idea I was going to have to settle on what i really did not want just to get property cleaned as we were almost into December. I just gave up with them. They do properties beautifully in my area. I just felt they did not want to go extra on the properties that needed extra care. I am facing over $500 dollars in expense to have my lawn reseeded this year because half of it died. Pricing was competitive, but very picky what services they would provide.

Sandweiss is consistently less expensive than their competitors, and you get what you pay for. Based on about a year and a half of trying to work with them, communicating with them is extremely slow and frustrating. They are very bad at managing and communicating schedules. Last January they took down a very large tree in a very visible location in our yard. They had to take down part of an adjacent hedge to access the tree, which I understand, but they did discuss it with us ahead of time. After the fact, they told us verbally that they would replace the shrub. After 9 months and many, many attempts to follow up with them, they have not replaced the shrub.
