On the couple of occasions that we had minor maintenance issues with the rental, they were promptly taken care of. We love our current rental, Hidden Treasure", and hope to continue there years to come. It's clean, well kept and perfect for my wife and myself. Our previous home through them, the "Round House" (previously Ospreys Nest) was the upkept in the same manner, so I can imagine there are no surprises with any of their properties. We have not had any problems on their end that we have ever felt that they weren't acting above board on anything. A+

For those who dont want to read...the end product agreed upon is fantastic and very well built...I…read morewould even go as far as to say overbuilt...which is good. I truly dont think you will find a better product in the Wilmington area....they truly build great decks....for those that want to read....I will take you thru our process..... If you want a quick turnaround on your deck, dont count on it, it will take several months. They are busy. Process- Salesman arrives in March...he is fantastic and helps us solve a couple of issues we had concerns with...two other companies did not. He explained procedure....10% down, if you cancel you lose half of your deposit...40% when they start and balance of 50% when project completed. You will have to submit plans to HOA for approval, they will take care of all the other permits...very convenient. We had our down payment in by the end of March and were put in Que...we were told the completion date would be mid June to late June.....their price was higher than the other two quotes....significantly, however; the product and design offered is far superior...pay the money, you wont be sorry. No communication from the end of March forward until I contacted them during the first week of June to ask about start dates....I was told they were waiting on permits...so I checked on line...its public information...our permits were not put in until May 31st....this delayed the build...the project started around July 17th and was completed on August 2nd. I feel the permits could of gone in much sooner to keep on schedule. There were a couple of hiccups during the build that we caught before they became a major issue...I would highly recommend you be home for the build to insure it is how you envisioned the project. These minor issues were solved easily and without concern, but if they were not caught before/during construction could of been an issue. One of the issues was a change we made after agreeing to a certain build height of the pergola, but while watching it being built realized it was to low...they raised it, no problem. The other was a cosmetic design that was sold to us but was not conveyed to the contractor....this was also caught early and rectified. The last was the underpinning...we thought it was included with the build because the deck was two levels and found out at the end it was not. They gave us a very fair price to add it on and completed it without hassle. They also gave us a price to have the pergola painted once it has time to weather. All of the Owners/team members I had contact with were easy to deal with....Glenn, Mark, Dino and Josue were fantastic. The deck is awesome, constructed extremely well and in the end thats what matters....I would chose them again without question.

We set a time and she came out, was on time and measured the project by hand. Once I got done with other companies quotes, they were also the best price by quite a bit. Project was completed on time and to the specifications. The crew was pretty good about cleaning up when it was finished. I am very pleased with the results and I am impressed with the construction and how sturdy it is. I will be using them again for a deck project!! This company has a ton of 5 star reviews on google too, so let me tell you, the hype is real and so is the quality and service I received.

He's quick to take your deposit money but then disappears and comes up with a plethora of lies of "why he can't do the work". He's a liar and a scam/con artist and it looks like he's been doing this since 2016/2018. He goes by multiple names and fictitious business names. He introduced himself as Brandon from Beach Renovations when his real name is Chester Burton Grice. We finally were able to get him subpoenaed and have court in Brunswick Courthouse tomorrow, 8/8/23. If you have been scammed by this man feel free to message me and attend the proceeding. I doubt he will stop scamming people because he scammed another person just 2 months before us.

Started out great! But when more lucrative post hurricane jobs were available and after me paying…read more$50,000 for renovations...I have dealt with drug addicts using drugs on the job. finding needles and liquor bottles in my yard....Plumbing hooked up backwards, gas leaks at my stove, outlets hanging out of the walls, light fixtures hanging out of the ceiling, loose tiles in kitchen and bathroom, holes in ceiling, humps in new sheet rock. Sink fell out of the vanity. unfinished hardwood floor, plywood for windows in kitchen, no shower door in the bathroom, holes in sub floor open to the ground under my house, and much much more. All of which has been paid for by me. ALL guys were pulled off my job in order to start a new job that he did not want to lose. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. We had a signed contract. He did NOT even pull building permits and I cannot locate a contractors license even though the website says fully licensed and insured. If you use these guys good luck and have lots of money available.... The guys that came to work at my house either had ankle bracelets, just got out of jail or drug addicts using while on my job! Today(oct 24 2018) my $500 range hood fell off the wall. We also paid $1000 for windows that we never received! Just plywood covering the window holes in my kitchen! We found all kinds of wiring issues that could have killed us according to the electrical inspector and licensed electrician that came out. I've added pictures! Please Please...See new pictures and run far away from this company! Addition....just added new pics....apparently our wall that was removed was load bearing and they didn't properly support it so it's caving in. The 2 side beams are buckling and the walls are separating! This company is SCARY!!!! Addition.....the tile in the bathroom has come loose and when we pulled it up there are patched random pieces of wood that are uneven and have to be replaced. Please see all pictures for added proof on my google review of this criminal! We have a licensed electrician that has told us how lucky we are that the house hasn't burned down. Just found the dryer was spliced in to my heat pump 220 wire! Could have burned up my $10k heat pump! Lawsuits will coming soon! He is being investigated currently by Attorney General, NC Contractor Licensing Board, NC plumbing licensing board, NC Electrical Licensing Board. Also beware...he has his girl friend and employees posting 5 star reviews for this crappy company!
