A few days…read moreafter that date came and went I reached out and they told me they were delayed due to weather. I guess they don't work in sunshine. I asked for a new start date and they sdaid they'd call me. A week or so later people were working on my house. No phone call. Glad I happened to be home. Recently I decided to try them again to see if they learned anything about customer service over the past few years. They haven't. I got an estimate from them for gutter guards and accepted it. I was told they were working 4-6 weeks out, so I set a reminder to reach out 6 weeks later, just in case. 6 weeks later I called and they didn't even have me on the schedule. When I told the gal she'd said they were 4-6 weeks out she called me a liar and started arguing with me. I told her to I wasn't doing business with them and hung up.
