Thanks to Eric in service the vehicle was repaired right the first time and when they said it would be. I was happy with the repair, but ended up trading it in anyway. The purchasing process went very well with the help of my salesman Joe. There w's never any pressure to buy, and that goes a long way. I will definitely purchase my next car from this dealership.

Fair warning to all Alfa Romeo owners, I do not recommend you bring your vehicle here. They have…read moredemonstrated severe incompetence and negligence when repairing and servicing my vehicle. I was locked out of my vehicle after using my own diagnostic software, not realizing it had a bug when diagnosing a throttle body code. Because my vehicle was in a "no crank" state, I was forced to take it to a dealer to unlock it since it required a certain level of professional software. Since it was already at the dealer for this, I had them fix the original issue, which was the throttle body. They charged me a total of ~$1900 to unlock the software, "diagnose" the issue that I already told them about, and replace the $122 part. So the labor was exponentially high, but I ate it. Well, after driving the vehicle home, which drove fairly rough, I opened the hood to see that the High Temp (engine) coolant reservoir was significantly overfilled and the Low Temp (intercooler) reservoir was underfilled. Further, I used a borescope to inspect the throttle body. The part was new, but the throttle body was not torqued down properly and the air pipe to the throttle body was not properly seated or tightened down either. There was also a new dent on the passenger side door. The screw covers for the engine cover were missing and one of the bolts was left stripped and halfway out. Brandon Garcia is the service advisor that I worked with. I reported these problems and sent over the evidence. They agreed to replace the engine cover and refund $300, but neglected any responsibility for the dent. So then, they still made $1600 on improper service that I had to correct myself. They took partial accountability for the issues, but repeatedly tried to gaslight me that it was normal, parts were already missing, or the dent was already there. I was able to objectively counter most of those claims, but the dent is harder to prove. However, the tow company states there was no pre-existing damage and the dealership has no images or documentation denoting pre-existing damage. Imagine someone who doesn't understand cars is in this situation, or maybe someone more vulnerable. Just imagine how this dealership is going to take advantage of them. Is this someone you want to trust? I wouldn't. Brandon Garcia and Ed Morse have done the bare minimum in taking only partial responsibility for damages and negligence. It's unfortunate that such unprofessional and untrustworthy organizations and people exist.

The price was marked through as if the price would be less, that was a joke. We went from a vehicle being just under $16,000 to over $24,000. Again this was a CASH deal. We had them explain why there was $8,000 difference. Let's say there's a lot of fluff they like to add. We asked the sales manager or finance guy to explain to us all the extra charges they added the vehicle. He said without it the vehicle couldn't cost less. So basically the extra makes up for them charging less on the vehicle. We negotiated the numbers, he came back with a lesser amount than $24,000. It was still way more than our final limit. He asked about meeting in the middle, we agreed. Next a Finance Manager came out and basically threw the paper on the table and told us, this was their final offer. We reminded him this was a CASH deal and daughter had her own tag. Also asked what happened to meeting in the middle. He said it didn't matter and this was their final offer. We did get up and walked out. Since this was for our daughter we went back to buy the vehicle because she really loved it and felt safe driving it. Our sales people Gabriel & Briza was absolutely wonderful, I left a good review for them. As for as the finance department, this is unbelievably horrible how they treat people who walk in with CASH. I would like to send people to Gabriel & Briza but sadly won't because of the Finance department.

Tom Gernhart is my current service rep, although last time his son, TJ (also Tom) helped me! The care and attention I get when I am at Brandon Honda are exceptional. Tom takes care of my vehicle and the service agents send me updates on it and also show me videos of the work needed to be done. They are very above board and reputable. The Odyssey is a great vehicle and I will be purchasing as new one soon, as after 11 + years and SO many miles, my little van is ready to retire soon. And I will go back to Brandon Honda. Thank you for your excellence! Michael Mack, the manager of the service department, has handled anything I questioned and always treated me fairly. Again I appreciate you and look forward to getting my new Honda there, and this same team taking care of it for me!

23K in texts. $36K in contract. Must be some new math. I…read morechose Brandon Honda because they had the exact car I was looking for on their lot. I was quoted $23,250 before taxes and fees in writing for a vehicle that was also advertised at $24,403. However, the contract I signed reflects a pre-tax price of over $36,000 -- a difference of more than $12,000. There is no reasonable explanation for this gap. It is not believable that a buyer would knowingly agree to pay over $12,000 more than both a written quote and the advertised price without clear disclosure. When I questioned this, I was routed to finance instead of a manager, i then went in myslef and was told in person that the starting price was around $27,000 (which does not match the original quote) There were also multiple inconsistencies with add-ons: $1,700 window tint which was never mentioned during signing (i have since specifically asked to have removed) A warranty described as "lifetime powertrain," turned to "8 years/120,000 miles," but the final documentation email now shows 5 years/100,000 miles During the signing process, my attention was repeatedly diverted with unrelated conversation, and I was not provided a clear, itemized breakdown explaining how the price increased. I was also not given a copy of my contract or paperwork at the time of purchase, which prevented me from reviewing the final terms immediately. I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Florida Attorney General, and the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. Dealerships should honor their written quotes and advertised pricing, not present one number upfront and finalize another. A $12K difference isn't a misunderstanding , it's a problem.

Gagel's forgos the standard process which usually includes an 8 hour hostage situation followed by a bit of waterboarding. During which time the "customer" is either convinced the dealer "knows just what you need," or they breakunder the pressure and do as they are told. The salesmen at Gagel's allowed me to try out vehicles at will. Any questions about previous use and any previous "injuries" to the vehicles were met with frank discussions including photos of the damage that had been repaired. Since I had narrowed down my choices before arriving the entire process took under an hour. I left with a low mileage car that looks, inside and out, like it just came off the factory floor. Each car I tested was similar in that the mileage was low and condition top notch. There was no junk. How refreshing. If other car dealers took the lead from Gagel's and resorted to honest, low pressure sales, perhaps the reputation of the used car industry would climb out of the gutter.... I never thought I would say this to a car dealer---But it was a Pleasure doing business with you.
