If there were a lower score than one star we would have chosen it. The lack of respect, common sense, the lack of accountability all led me to believe that he believed he was above the law and incapable of understanding why he should apologize or ask for permission the next time. I've notified the property owner and the realtor of his behavior and his business. He shows up again unannounced, the dog and I will have him escorted off by police. Professional people actually work to ensure that they don't startle or harm people.

We called her based on her superb reviews and on short notice, we were able to meet with her to check out a house we were interested in the next day. She was already familiar with the property and knew helpful details about the property, such as why the previous contract fell through. When we decided it was not the right property for us, she came to us with another property that was not even on the market yet. Needless to say, this was our dream property and we were able to land it at a competitive price before it even went on the market thanks to Christina's connections and determination to find her clients the perfect property. Christina offers an extremely friendly and low pressure approach, while at the same time shrewdly negotiating on behalf of her clients. Since we were new to Durango, she took the time to tell us about the various businesses and amenities around town and near our new property, and is still providing us recommendations even after we closed on our house. Working with Christina feels like working with a friend who genuinely cares about your best interests and getting you your dream house. Since we were selling a house in another town, we had to go with another realtor as our selling agent who ended up being a very poor negotiator and difficult to work with. Christina was willing to discuss the challenges and concerns regarding this other agent and provide great guidance that not only helped calm me but also gave me negotiating tips that I was able to bring back to my selling agent. When our buyers were threatening to back out of the deal, Christina suggested that I provide a justification and list of comps showing the value they were getting from our home. I did that and truly believe it was critical in convincing the buyers to keep the contract. All this for a house she wasn't even representing. In what can be an incredibly confusing and stressful process of home buying, Christina is able to make it as smooth and easy as possible with her vast experience and market knowledge, willingness to answer questions and overall kindness. Upon…read morearrival found spider webs in and out, holes in exterior siding with birds nesting within the walls, metal roof panel loose and flapping in the wind, one dead and 4 live skunks underneath the shed which was near the back deck, flies and mice droppings in laundry room. We notified RMRR about all these when found. We had to locate a skunk removal agent on our own. Upon leaving the rental we requested some sort of refund based upon the home's condition and the issues we dealt with. No credit was given. Stay far away from them.

They use venmo for payment, which was a shady red flag for me, but needing a home soon I went forward with payment but should have followed my gut feeling. My lawyer says this is an application fee business, not a rental home business, and do not send them money or apply for their fake inaccurate lustings. They went on to try to exhort money from me claiming I did not pay my application fee to a collection agency! Crazy! The attorney General of Colorado has been notified if this rackets illegal practices . Do not apply to their listings they want your application fee not to find you a rental home. They belong in jail- crooks!
